I have been with Leightons Farnham since I was around 5 years old. Their customer service is incredible and so consistent. They are always so friendly and accommodating, providing a very personalised experience, often even remembering my name. They will always try their best in whatever situation they are faced with!
Couldn't recommend them enough!

Very good follow up on the hearing aid options of both Phonak and Oticon.
Very rapid response to questions I posed subsequent to the consultation.

I have used Leightons for some time.
During that time they have provided me with glasses, prescription sunglasses and a number of unusual glasses such as lenses for my Medieval glasses, and glasses for my archery. Not the cheapest but all done with a smile and a highly professional attitude.

Always excellent service when I visit weather I go for eye tests or hearing tests etc.

I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. The receptionist had great attitude and managed to book me in at very short notice.

I was particularly impressed with Atish Keshav he explained what he was doing and why. I have suffered with blocked ears in the past and had to wait months in pain for an appointment to have them suction.
I will definitely be booking a return appointment next year.

All the staff were welcoming and professional. I was welcomed as a valued customer. Over a numbers of years, I have always received excellent service from the opticians. My hearing assessment and treatment has been of the same high standard.
At all stages, even before my hearing test, all procedures and options were explained fully. I never felt pressured into making decisions, and I was give plenty of time to decide. I was delighted with the options given and with the follow up support to check that everything was not just 'OK' but as I wanted. Minor adjustments were made subsequently so that everything is now optimised.

From time of booking appointment to that of having them fitted it was efficient, knowledgeable and carried out in a very friendly manner. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I have a hearing aid from the NHS but I found it very uncomfortable, and not very effective.
I have lived with tinnitus for years.
I was met by Atish and following a thorough review I was given a far more robust hearing test than any done previously.
This has led to me investing in two hearing aids, with Leightons I can divide the costs over months, which is very helpful.
I don’t hesitate to pop my hearing aids in first thing, I almost forget that I have them in at all. The tinnitus persists, but this is far more tolerable for me now, and I can hear so much more, and the link with my smartphone has made life so much easier !!!
I’m very happy with my treatment and advice, and feel confident going forward with the regular aftercare that Leightons provides.

Excellent service. Atish, the Audiologist, provided an extremely professional consultation and was very diligent.

The treatment that I was given today (8.7.21) from Atish Keshav, the Audiologist and Hearing Aid Consultant at Leightons Farnham was absolutely excellent. My ears were examined and I had micro suction and a little syringing to remove wax that had built up. After that I had a hearing test. Everything was clearly explained and I was shown photographs on the monitor to help me understand what Atish was doing. These photographs and the results of my hearing test are now on record.
Atish was professional, very careful and thoughtful - and I can hear clearly now that every last trace of the wax has been removed! great result! Thank you.so much.
