Emily was courteous , professional and took the trouble and time to fix my ‘Oliver Peoples’ glasses for me. Leightons didn’t even stock the brand!
I had tried 5 other opticians without success. David Clulow, who had sold me the pair originally, no longer stocked the brand and so sent me away without even trying to fix them. I would wholeheartedly recommend Leightons for customer service and they seem to have a very extensive range of options for next time I need a new pair of glasses.

All the staff are friendly and proffessional. My eye test was very thorough & the results fully explained. I was provided lots of help abd advice choosing my glasses and never felt rushed. You pay for what you get, and here you get the best in both quality and service.

Fantastic!
Fantastic! I'm an existing customer and was unsure as to switch from glasses to contact lenses. The help and advice of the team was amazing, great chat about the pros and cons of contacts led to a decision to not to pursue at this time. I felt listened to and the right questions asked of me really helped the decision. I will definitely be back in the future and absolutely recommend.

Professional, knowledgeable and excellent customer service
I popped into the Farnham branch of Leightons this afternoon with a concern about my right eye. I was very grateful to be offered an emergency eye health exam - nothing was too much trouble and for a modest fee, (given the extensive checks done), I left reassured and with no need to queue for hours in A&E. Many thanks to all.

Appalling
Appalling I had an appointment for 10.00am at Farnham I had the puffer test done by a completely
incompetent person The chair not positioned - just told to put my chin on the pad and she just blasted away at my eyes being told not to blink - absolutely horrible Then waited and waited now 10.35 and told anther 10 minutes to wait or make another appointment
My eyes are still smarting from the blasting. Do they employ competent staff?

My appt was with Evani Patel at 9.30 on 5th Feb. The whole process was pleasant and efficient with plenty of time given for questions and insights. I came away feeling confident that the examination was very thorough and that all my concerns had been addressed. Excellent experience.

Fab service
Went in for a hearing check turns out i had a earwax blockage the person who did it was so so kind and patinence asked me whether i wanted to stay with my wheelchair or use the proived chair i had the option of using the booth or staying sat when i ran to check acessability they were so so helpful explaining everything. The person who did my hearing check let me feel the pressure of the suction device what a wounderful experience Adnan Khan gave just fab

SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SPECSAVERS.
Leighton professes to be able to arrange home eye tests. That is a valuable facility for disabled housebound, When it came to it, they went AWOL.

Great experience
My experience at Leightons Farnham was great from start to finish. The shop itself is convenient to get to and is lovely and bright, full of great frames - it was so hard to choose just one pair! My eye test was really thorough; Evani was friendly and great at explaining the results of the scans and images to me as well as advising on changes to my sight and the best options for me. Jake was helpful and patient while I looked through dozens of frames! The whole experience was a pleasure and I was impressed by how quickly my new glasses were ready and with the communication about collection too.

Thank you Farnham for a wonderful customer experience which started with booking an appointment to collecting my glasses. This is an optician that really does care about ensuring the customer comes first , tailoring your needs to the right product at the right price and at any time trying to ‘sell’ an expensive product if it’s not suitable in any way . My new glasses are perfect the lens brilliant the frame fitting perfectly. All the staff took time to ensure I was comfortable with the experience and big thank you to Jake who was brilliant in ensuring I bought the right frames , explained the lens options but most importantly listened , thank you Jake . I cannot recommend Leightons at Farnham highly enough .
