The size guide was a bit odd so I ordered two pairs of leggings to compare, one S and one M. The M is actually smaller than the S so I will try to return it.
The delivery took 6-7 weeks. I get it, we're in a pandemic, everything is slower, the customer services told me the same thing after I complained, however, on their website the company still advertises the 7-15 business days delivery to the UK. The parcels are sent from China, via rail. I got the tracking number and I watched my parcel travel through all of Asia and Europe before it was picked up by Hermes in the UK.
Of the two pairs of leggings I got, one is comfortable, well sized and pretty. I've washed it and it still seems fine.
The other pair is way too small and I doubt it will last long - it has a laser cut pattern on the leg (on pictures it looked like it was printed on) which I think will tear easily.
I don't recommend this company. H&M has better leggings and quicker delivery.

I would be giving them no stars if I could! My leggings took over 6 weeks to arrive and when they arrived they are stained. It looks like a stain from what you would get when you clean a car, and in multiple places. I have washed them and they still are stained, yet the website now has an error so I’m guessing no longer active?
I will be looking into my rights as they have sold me a faulty product

The product I ordered was a sports bra and was in absolutely horrible quality, when it arrived. Very poorly manufactured and not at all what it looked like in the pictures.

The customer service did not reply for days on end and when they did, they were not helpful at all.

Do not buy anything from this company. Its a rip off.

Awful never arrived and struggling to get hold of anyone for refund

I ordered two pairs of leggings a month ago still not received plus I keep getting different tracking numbers and dates I tried the website but can't as it says shop unavailable which means it doesn't exist anymore theyve scammed us out of our money

Fantastic designs. Did feel their sizes were small and not much larger than a uk 10. The quality isn’t the best but worth it on design

Wouldn’t let me return when I clearly emailed within 14 days and they took a week to respond. Then didn’t even respond to my last email of me having emailed them within 14 days of receiving my product.

Very bad service, they said I received my package but I never got it! They ripped me off and took my money and never got my package!
Don’t ever buy from this website they are rip offs!

I have ordered leggings and I have never received them. I was trying time contact them and I have never received a response. I have paid but it looks like I need to cut my losses at this point. It was disappointing.

They hold everything in and up and are comfy yet sleek

Literally my favorite leggings. They would get a 5 if the shipping was quicker! Be prepared to order, forget about them, remember them, track the shipping, and then wait another week or two for them to arrive. But when they do you’ll love them! They run a bit small so I would size up.
