My last order took a month and some day’s to get here. You have a great product but the shipping and tracking sucks real bad. I would have paid more for the same items if I could have purchased on the spot somewhere else. It must have came by boat.

I ordered really a long time ago, wondering where my products are... still no delivery... and now i see the site is offline???

Ordered beginning of May. Still no product. Tried to get a hold of customer care and got an automated email saying my stuff was on it way with tracking number. For over a month it says ‘package on way to carrier ‘. Reading all these reviews , I know see I was robbed and am out the money I spent. WE NEED TO FIND A WAY TO IMPACT THIS

I ordered a set off an Instagram add beginning of may and have not received anything although they have taken my money.... went to look on the site and seems to no longer exist so guess I've lost that money and not getting the product! Discussing!!

The leggings arrived with a bit of a delay but it is understandable due to Coronavirus. The thing is they did not look like the picture in the ad so I decided to return it. To my surprise you can only return it with a tracking number which the send out costs double (11GBP) which is close to 50% of the cost os the leggings I bought. This should have been explained in the sales process and return policy which I read and it only said that you need to pay for the return cost (not that a certificate posting was required). Transparency is the key to trust and this brand does not have this. I won't buy anything coming from China over internet anymore. Not worth it!

Such a shame, this is the first time I have ever ordered anything from an ad on Instagram. Shame on you owners of the now defunct Leg Republic. You give other genuine businesses a bad name. I bought over $100 worth of goods for my daughter who has been checking the mail every day for the past month. And let’s face it, there’s not been an awful lot to look forward to during lockdown. You have taken good people’s money and scammed us all. If you genuinely received too many orders to fulfill from your Instagram ad, then the truth would be nice and the least you could give us all. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but suspect we will never receive our order. Especially as they now have such ‘exciting news’ and have changed their name. I will be posting on TrustPilot on the new company and suggest the rest of us who have been robbed, should do the same. Never again.....

Update - having resigned myself to the fact that I would never get my order - imagine my surprise to find a package from Leg Republic in my mailbox today - 2 months after placing the order! Apart from the fact that we ordered XS and they sent S - the quality of workmanship looks good And the fabric is nice. Just a shame it’s the wrong size!!!

Ordered yoga outfits on April for $150, its June 5th and still haven't received anything. Cannot find a phone number or an email to contact them.

Ordered over £100 pounds of products on May 13th. Still haven’t received the items. Asked for updates and received three automated responses. Finally received a response a week later telling me orders taking up to 21 business days to arrive due to covid-19 - no apology for the wait. Then received an email saying leg republic is re-branding and will launch a new website. Today is June 5th. The items according to the shipping update are in China on a train. I will be disputing the amount with my bank and will never use this company again.

I actually felt scared that I had ordered through this company via an instagram ad because I loved the style of their products after reading all the reviews and comments from unhappy customers.
I can honestly say I haven’t had any problems-guaranteed the wait can be a couple weeks but with the pandemic, even items sent locally are taking 2 weeks alone for shipping that should only take a day or 2 under normal circumstances.
These are clearly NOT normal circumstances and maybe the only reason I understand this is because I own a small business myself.
I have been happy to wait for my order and received it today.
I had read the colour of my product was lighter than it had come across in the picture but I am still happy with them and don’t think this is a big issue.
Size and fit was perfect so again, I do not have any problems and would order again!
I am a real person and this is a real review. I am guessing some people have had bad experiences or perhaps longer delays by unfortunate chance, this is definitely not something that should be blamed on the company.

22 days till it reached destination (China to Dubai UAE) & 1 day delay as courier sent to wrong address but luckily wasn’t delivered to wrong address.
Due to the pandemic I guess it took longer that expected but the shipment tracking kept me aware of the continuous process. Very happy with the goods (3 legging) colors & fit as per picture. Very happy customer after this expected wait. Thank you LegRepublic.

I would prefer to give you zero stars that’s how bad you guys are you steal money and you don’t send out product horrible and that’s why you are now going under a different name

I do not trust this company. I have been waiting for 40 days and I don't think I'll receive my order anymore. Their website also doesn't work now anymore. I keep getting promo emails and I received one saying they're rebranding. This sounds like a typical scam where, when the company cannot handle the orders, they close and reopen under a different name so that they don't suffer from the negative reviews. Don't order anything from them.

DO NOT PURCHASE A THING this company must be fraudsters been told by HERMES they have not even sent the items yet order made on the 30th April and now the 3rd June not getting anywhere regarding refund also so please NO ORDERING from things company AWFUL!!!

Wouldn't even give one star but i cant give zero, do NOT order from this company they will steal your money. I wish i had read the reviews about this company before i purchased because now i am out over $50!

I ordered from Leg Republic on the 19th of April 2020 (a set), i have never ordered from them before so had no prior experience. I didn't get a notification that the items were shipped until the 23rd of April and once i had, i tracked my parcel. It hadn't left China yet. I waited and waited and finally sent the company an email politely asking when my parcel would arrive. I was given the same tracking information and told to be patient. So i did and it still did not arrive so i emailed again around the 14th of May and got the same response even though i was demanding my money back by this time as i had waited over a month and the tracking information was still saying it hadn't left China!

I still have not received my parcel nearly 2 months later and i have finally accepted this company is a total SCAM and have STOLEN my money with no intention of me ever getting what i ordered. I have tried to track my parcel since and it says that "Tracking No..... has no shipping record in China Post please try again later".

DO NOT ORDER.

This is a real review, I have made two orders with them and received both of them, yes sizings felt different on some of those clothes. some of the fabric feels higher quality than others. but I have been overall happy with the clothes and style. this is a real review. I still feel like it was worth it

I have one star just because there isn't the possibility to give 0.
This is a fraud. Don't buy with them and tell to everybody to do the same. You will loose your money. Still waiting my order since March. And....all the products are made in China, not Usa. My order is still stopped in someone railway station in China. Believe me, don't buy and tell to everybody to avoid them.

I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise the first week of April and I still haven’t received it, it’s now the first week of June. No order confirmation or anything either. Just their spam emails, which stopped a few weeks ago. Awful! SCAM. AVOID. The website is now taken down so they are completely MIA.

I am skeptical these “5star reviews” aren’t the company employees- This company is a FRAUD. Products are WAY OVERPRICED! Went through hoops trying to get my refund after months of no contact, delivery delay, non-responsive customer service, no clear answers, “refund approval”, asking many times for the address for return, I paid for my own return package ($80), then they didn’t even refund me until after I contacted them with proof I knew it was delivered. I looked at their website and they literally took it down. BEWARE IF THIS COMPANY EVER REARS ITS UGLY HEAD. SHAME ON YOU LEGREPUBLIC.
