Just ok. Only positive is adjustable height
Adjutable height is good however its made of very fine wood and also the circular tube bar at back on the top came with a defect as screw doesn't go all the way in making that screw stick out. Maybe as an improvement don't send rounded tip screws but point tip screw so it screw better into wood.

_ your product was delivered on 16th April. This was 24 days since you ordered, so within the specified delivery timeframe.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I…
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I have consistently had a bad experience. From the original chipping to them telling me they’ll replace it with a varnished and unpainted version….but making my pay the difference first. Yes there’s not paint so it won’t chip, but that one just stains instantly with any crayon or paint used by a toddler
My latest reason to just bin it completely, was when my toddler leant on it in the table form and it gave way and he fell through it. This is after numerous close calls due to the safety clasps being shoddy at best and and him either wobbling when it’s in the tower form, or almost nipping his fingers every single time it’s used
A health risk at every turn and a safety hazard for a toddler

This review comes as something of a surprise and a disappointment to us and we strongly refute its content. Our products do not simply "give way" under the weight of their intended audience and such statements could be extremely damaging to our business and reputation.
Our account of events is as follows:
29 March 2024 you reached out for support on how to assemble your product and reported some damage to the paintwork. You also included pictures of the product having been assembled completely incorrectly.
The following day we responded to offer assistance with the issue you had experienced, and over the subsequent days we helped you to exchange your product for another variant. By 11 April 2024 we had successfully replaced your product and we believed the case to be closed, having not received further correspondence since that date (11 months ago).
Our products are rigorously safety tested and certified for their intended audience and we provide user friendly instructions for this product that stipulate the importance of ensuring that all components are correctly seated and fastenings are tightened prior to use. If any customer is not confident with assembling flatpack furniture then we would encourage them to please purchase one of our pre-assembled models or to request support from a professional or somebody experienced in DIY.
Our team are on hand to provide support, including spare and replacement parts if you find that any part sustains damage over the lifetime of your product. Please do reach out again to our customer support team if you would like us to provide you with replacement latches or any additional support with your product.

Great service and communication
Great service and communication. We had a problem because we had requested that the delivery was to a London address but when paying by Apple pay, unknown to us the delivery address was change to the address of the payee. However, on communicating our problem this was very quickly rectified. Both Mummy and One year old are delighted with their kitchen aid.

Lovely company, beautiful product
Such a lovely company and a beautifully made product. Our children love their learning tower and use it regularly for cooking in the kitchen. While it was folded away my husband managed to knock it over and broke it. We contacted customer services and, even though it was our fault, they sent us a new part free of charge and were very lovely about the whole thing. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My granddaughters love it
My granddaughters, aged 1 and 3, love their climbing frame. It's nice that it's something which they can enjoy together, with the older one doing more adventurous things. There was a miscommunication about the delivery date, for which the courier was to blame, not the company, but it arrived safely.
