They are trying ,making thing work the way it should be

Huge thanks to Leaders for their amazing support throughout our home letting journey! This is our second time with them, and they always deliver with super-fast responses to all our questions.

Residents next to a street they look after for a landlord contacted LRG for help ref their tenants and ASB.

It took for complaints to be made before anything was actually listened to and still even now their incompetence shows.

How can it go from 'the council won't discuss anything with us' to 'you've been told a few times the council have been told we cannot action personally on ASB'

NOT ONCE HAS ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY TOLD THAT LAST STATEMENT TO ANY OF US UNTIL TODAY WHICH IS NO GOOD ANYWAY AS I MADE A NUISANCE OF MYSELF ON THE PHONE TO THE COUNCIL MYSELF LAST WEEK AND PASSED YOUR OWN MESSAGE ON FOR YOU

They're an absolute bunch of liars who need a central system to type into so they can all keep up with each others lies.

Avoid this company at all costs, they're absolute amateurs who couldn't organise the proverbial in a brewery !

Thankfully I have good neighbours round me willing to help me with this joke of a company and it won't be the last you hear of it either.

Sort out your internal affairs !!

I have used Leaders for years and they have never let me down, Beckenham is an outstanding branch, and I have to shout out to Shuk who has looked after me and my property in a fantastic ,professional and very empathetic way ( it can be a stressful process ) she has honestly helped me so much , I’m very grateful to her , she is a diamond among estate agents!

Ellie turned up on time and very warm and friendly and professional. Answered questions and did a great job. Always feel comfortable during inspections and Ellie did a great job.

I know visits are part of renting but it is intrusive & has never felt right having a stranger walk around your home judging cleanliness etc.
Having someone as nice as Ellie turn up is a blessing, takes the stress & awkwardness out of things.

The process of letting went very well. Specially Aleyna Saklav was really helpful."I had an amazing experience with this letting agent. Worst estate agent i have dealt with. All issues addressed to them are not rectified. If one person goes to annual leave thats it you have to wait until their return and restart a query which never goes unsolved nomatter the urgency

It is so very sad what has happened to this lettings agency. They were once independant and were wonderful- I have been using them since 2000 so 27 years in total. They became owned by Leaders and since then is has been a progressive downhill slide. They have withheld funds from me without permission, overcharged me and do not respond to emails. I have lost all trust in them sadly. They also took 2 weeks to tell me my tenant was leaving which has resulted in lost rental fees. There are a few good people trying their best but overall it feels chaotic, understaffed, huge staff turnover and you get billed for everything at every turn. I want to leave and they will not let me move to another agent without kicking out my tenant. It is unbelieable. Such a great shame to see what has happened to a once lovely agency.

They made my journey easy by being there, answer calls and avail themselve on time and very understanding. As a first time tenant, I am well pleased with their service of excellence, keep it up
