Had a small issue with an item so…

Had a small issue with an item so emailed customer service, Gabi responded and excelled my expectations for customer service. Great communication, even had an apology for the fault in item and came to an easy and quick resolution. Very impressed, Thankyou Gabi!

I have to say once that I love Lazuli’s…

I have to say once that I love Lazuli’s family very much. Whenever I asked for their support, they always helped me quickly. They always make me have a happy shopping experience. I especially want to talk about Marry. She provided me with very fast support. She supported me like one of her own family. I thank her very much from here🙏🏻Everyone around me always ask me where I got my Lazuli’s leggings from. I have used hundreds of brands of leggings but Lazuli are the best leggings I have ever bought. I definitely recommend it❤️

Amazing customer service

I own 3 pairs of leggings from Lazuli and unfortunately I had the scrunch rip in two of my pairs. I was very skeptical at first to contact customer support as I figured it would be a complicated process but considering the fact that I'm based in Denmark and paid a lot extra for the shipping, I sent my complaint to the customer service team.

My experience with the customer service team has been incredible. I want to especially give thanks to Gabi whom I've primarily been in contact with during the proces. After sending photos of the ripped leggings, she quickly helped me with a replacement of both leggings, which I already received shortly after.
What an amazing experience and I can honestly give all my recommendations for this brand! And I hope the Lazuli team gives extra credit for Gabi as she sincerely deserves it.

Customer support

I love their vseam design but encountered an issue with one of my items. Their customer support agent Gabi went above and beyond and helped me out to resolve my issue. I’ll likely purchase again because of the customer support and experience.

Brand LOVE & fantastic CS team!!

The customer service team is great, I worked with Gabi, twice now. I find that consistency supremely helpful! She came through like I knew she would!!

After she helped me, I did receive my clothing, and I did write a review based on what I received. But I will reiterate, the clothing is amazing, I love it, the fabric the fit, everything. Unfortunately, when I opened the fuchsia colored leggings they had a spot of color just completely removed from them. so it leaves you to question, do I spend this kind of money on leggings when there’s a 50-50 shot that I will buy something new with color spots missing?? Very disappointing considering the price point on this brand. Also frustrating when you love the way something fits but cannot guarantee the quality of color on the fabric 😩😩. I am a seven days a week in the gym kind of girl so I live in gym clothes 50% of my life. I was really hoping this would be my new go to brand.

Returning to this review, which I originally had posted ONLY two stars based on the missing color spot. But again the customer service team is fantastic and truly the quality of this clothing is spectacular so with my particular issue, they got right back to me and are sending me a replacement! I cannot wait try the shorts next!

I love these pants

Best customer service EVER

Gabi was literally the best experience I’ve ever had with any customer service agent in my life. I had issues returning a package because the post office kept sending it back with no explanation. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund because the 14 day return window was going to be up. Gabi was very responsive in the whole process and told me that they would give me as much time as I needed to get the package back. I didn’t plan on ordering from this company again because it was such a pain to return being the US and risking the leggings not fitting, but Gabi issued me store credit to use and now I get to try Lazuli again! I’m so happy to have been able to work with Gabi.

Top tier products and customer service!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Their products are amazing; high quality and unique! I thought I couldn’t be more impressed than I already was once I ordered their athletic wear. However, when speaking with Gabi in customer service, it put this company far above the rest! Gabi’s communication was exceptionally kind and extremely prompt! Gabi left a lasting impression as a representative of Lazuli and I will refer all of my friends to this line!

Positive experience with complaint

I have loved this brand for a while but recently some leggings I purchased ripped after not long having them. I emailed customer service where I went back and forth with Gabi.
She resolved my complaint so quickly and made me feel heard.
Did not affect my perception of the brand at all, if anything it has been made better

We made a cruise with the boat ‘Roi…

We made a cruise with the boat ‘Roi Farouk’ as an extended Family of 8 adults. We sailed from Luxor to Assouan. The crew was great. We have to mention our chef Hatem. Who prepared excellent dishes. Our guide Abdulla Nased for his expertise. The kindness of both as the whole boat crew. We had a great, great time.

Bad customer service and returns…

Bad customer service and returns policy!! I orders my usual size, got the items and don’t fit right so decided to send them back. On their website they don’t offer returns labels or anything just the address to send items back, no info about how long refund would take or anything. I sent my item back tracked using Royal Mail so I can see it was delivered. 10 days later nothing so sent and email to customer service team, no response, chased again no response! It’s just another influencer brand! Items are not cheap. Honestly so disappointing as I work for customer service as well I know how important it is that’s why I emailed them before hand letting them know I’m returning items and to that email they replied, interesting!!

I LOVE LOVE their activewear

I LOVE LOVE their activewear, they are so flattering and the quality is so good!

So glad I found them, I find myself buying from every launch due to variety of colors and the great materials they use. In addition, their customer service is great and they ship fast!

Excellent customer service

Bought these for my wife, she loves them. Had a minor issue with the item and Gabi in customer services sorted it right away, replacement pair sent immediately via DPD and received next day. Excellent service.
