I recently purchased from Lazuli Label and couldn't be happier with the excellent quality of their leggings. Just want to give a special kudos to Gabi in customer service – her politeness, responsiveness, and helpfulness was top tier. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the customer service team. I didn’t get their name but they help me fix an order that was incorrectly sent to me and were able to give me a refund. Amazing customer service oh and they also gave me a discount code as a courtesy.

Gabi’s Top Tier Service

Gabi was amazing and incredibly quick to respond to my concerns seeing as I live in America and we have a major time difference! She left no room for confusion and wanted to solve my problems as quickly as possible which I’m so thankful for. Always been a huge supporter of the brand and the fact that the customer service is just as top notch makes me even happier to represent Lazuli in anyway I can. Thanks again Gabi!! I recently purchased a pair of leggings…

I recently purchased a pair of leggings which unfortunately were faulty, however I’ve had a great experience with Gabi, who very kindly replaced the leggings and provided me with perfect customer service. I was already a fan of the brand but this is now definitely a personal favourite :). Thanks again to gabi, I will purchase again soon.

Most flattering gym wear and great customer service

I love love love the shorts and leggings from here, they are sooo flattering! Also when the wrong colour shorts arrived and I emailed about this Gabi was more than happy to help and was so quick to respond. The right colour shorts arrived literally a couple days after my initial email so the customer service is great!

Gabi is an asset to Lazuli Label - thanks again!

Had some teething problems with placing two initial orders with Lazuli Label for the seamless sculpt leggings. When I reached out to the team, Gabi responded promptly and was all too keen to resolve any issues. Gabi was professional and represented the company well throughout. It was unfortunate that there had been an issue at the fulfilment/ courier stage. The refund was prompt (within a hour or so) and there was no pressure to reorder.

Thanks to the brilliant service I was more than happy to reorder. This time the parcel reached me, and I was really pleased with everything in the order. Gabi was happy to reach out and go the extra mile to see whether there was anything further I needed. This was really appreciated.

Thanks so much Gabi for all your help. I hope Lazuli Label know what an asset you are to the team!

I’m usually terrible at leaving reviews…

I’m usually terrible at leaving reviews but the customer service I received from Gabi desrrves one!

I recently placed an order and one of the items I received was incorrect. Gabi responded so quickly to my emails and did not hesitate to offer me a refund!

There was an issue with barcoding on…

There was an issue with barcoding on one item in my order which meant I received the incorrect colour. However Gabi in the customer service was so helpful to make sure I got the correct colour and checked in with me to make everything was ok with the delivery once I had it. Great customer service. Thanks

Amazing Customer Service from Gabi!

When I received my order unfortunately one of the items was incorrect. I emailed customer services and Gabi was straight to assist with the matter.
After emailing Gabi pictures of my incorrect order she replied immediately. Gabi sent out a replacement for the item and I received the correct item 2 days later. Gabi then reached out asking if I received the item and all is well, this is just amazing customer service. Thanks to Gabi my order was sorted within days.
I will definitely be purchasing all my sports wear from Lazuli in the future!

Ships from UK so customs charges apply

Ships from UK so customs charges apply, surprising as it is not a co.uk web address. Additional charges should be flagged up front, particularly from an EU website.. No free returns. Seller deleted negative comments on social media platforms. Design of sculp leggings is very unflattering compared to alphalete and similar scrunch leggings. Creates weird glute overhang

First time customer, really pleased

Ordered on Wednesday on their new launch, had an issue where the welcome code wouldn’t apply to my order. Emailed customer service and Gabi refunded 10% to me once the leggings had been despatched.

Leggings were received within 2 days and fit really well. I’d recommend sticking to your true size. I’m a size 10 with wider hips and bought a medium. They fit well and stayed put during a leg session at the gym.

Overall, excellent customer service from Gabi, really quick shipping time and the quality of the leggings is very good and they are very flattering. You would pay more from other influencer brands and not get the same level of service! Very impressed.
