This is the first time I have used Lawsons and I found it gave excellent prompt service, very competitive price for the Mini Yoghurt maker I orderd.

I expect that I will be buying a product from them again in the future.

Excellent communications, delivery and a wonderfully packed box protecting a fragile item.

I ordered my saucepans online on the Sunday and was able to collect them on the Monday.
I had a query with my order, which was quickly resolved when I called on the Monday morning and the goods were ready to collect almost immediately.

completely different design on the bottle than advertised so just hope the contents are the same as the original bottle. Could have the bought this new design product elsewhere cheaper as I was googling the old product to purchase.

The website is so easy, even for an idiot (who), and the selection is amazing.
In this instance I bought Easiyo with a selection which I have not seen anywhere else. At the end of it all I then came to pay, and that is where the system was frustrating to say the least. One reason was the postage did not want to be included, and until that was sorted, I was going round in circles.
Maybe next time I will simply use the 'phone!!

Ordered 6 bone china mugs which were delivered very quickly. One had a small chip in the base and Lawsons replaced it immediately without question. Good company to deal with.
