Faulty ironing board
Purchased an ironing board which was rusty on delivery; second delivery had the same issue and driver took both away. He was excellent. However no communication from the shop, no apology, no help at all. Driver said he would deliver one next day if in stock. This didn't happen. I went into the shop to ask for a refund, again no apology or explanation. Really disappointing customer experience from a shop I have used for many years.

Initially very disappointed
Very disappointed with my order. No 102857. There were no instructions with item. Have tried to contact company by telephone. This proved to be very difficult. However with perseverance I managed and gentleman was extremely helpful. Quite happy to pick up item next day and once picked up would send out replacement. Once you can speak to a person, very helpful. Many thanks

Customer Service at it's best!
Deleted my am**on account in the past 12 months partly to support local businesses. Pre-ordered a heater for collection from Wrights Home Hardware in Troon. Received a call the day after to tell me it was ready. Collected it today and asked for another item. The member of staff knew exactly what I wanted, got it for me (I hadn't put my glasses on!), gave me all the info re: warranties that I would need. Wish I had got her name, as the service was wonderful, exactly what you would hope to get. Be proud Home Hardware, you've got an absolute star in Troon.
