Fantastic customer service. And they really went above and beyond during the coronavirus crisis. They even got somebody from Lawson's to deliver my wine making kit the very next day, instead of letting it sit in royal mail for a few days.

I love their values, customer service, low prices and quick delivery.

Found the garden tools I wanted here at better price than other places, so gave the shop a try. The goods were delivered quickly and securely packaged. Happily using them in my garden now!

It doesn’t take much to be friendly but means so much. From the guy that answers the phone and takes the order to the guy that delivers, 100% customer service delivery! Actually they should start a new business in training other businesses staff! Never used this company before but having just landscaped our garden, we’ve been using them a lot. Highly recommend them.

I ordered seven heavy-duty Stewart Garden Smithy patio tubs from Lawson’s 10 days ago - no other retailer could supply as many such products during the Covid-19 crisis - and they arrived, as promised, today.
For £11 each, including free delivery, this was an excellent purchase; Lawson’s are to be congratulated on their pricing and standard of service, especially at such a difficult time for the entire retail sector.
These UK-made (yes, shout it from the hilltops!) patio pots are exceptionally well made - I’ve had five or six in the garden for several years now - and I would recommend them over ANY similar products at any price.
You won’t be disappointed if you follow my buying choice.

I called to confirm details of a product (colour and details of unit interior as the site description was not specific), I was interested in an outdoor storage unit. Lawson’s were £25 more expensive than other online sellers but as they responded to phone calls and replied to emails I felt that I could trust them and I was happy to place an order.

When the product arrived it was badly packaged and as a result there were many scratches. Also it was the wrong colour... one of the reasons I called in advance was to confirm the colour.

I emailed and phoned to explain the problem, I was then told that the product I want is not in stock and I was misinformed about the product.

From call to delivery took 3 days and I am now being told that it cannot be collected for return for a further 4 days.

Eventually collected and it took a further 4 days to receive a refund.

Although the staff were very polite on the phone this could have all been avoided if I wasn’t misinformed about the product.

As a result of this the other suppliers have now sold out and I am stuck looking for a unit that is suitable.

I left emails and voice messages to complain and wanted this to be a formal complaint but I still haven’t received a call or apology from Lawson’s with exception of an email confirming my refund that also stated they are sorry and short staffed.

Poor excuse as the lady I initially spoke to called one of the branches and confirmed the colour of the box just before I placed the order.

I will never use Lawson’s again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

We purchased an ironing board cover several years ago, no problems the product was ok. My wife has had a threatening email from someone who states he has her password for her email. Checked back and the password only refers to Lawsons no one else. Have tried by phone and email to warn Lawsons that someone has corrupted their website. They have not had the courtesy to reply let alone reassure us regarding their security. Stay away your email and details are not safe with them, someone has hacked their site and taken personal details of customers.The reply following is from the wrong Lawsons a Builders Merchants, hopefully the real Lawsons shop will react !!! Further update the correct Lawsons have replied and are investigating, the breach however can have had only one origin as the password was exclusive and the offenders also had the correct email address for my wife. Nevertheless it is reassuring that Lawsons are investigating and a conclusion will be reached. Trustpilot yet again get immediate response when all else fails. Update, no further contact from Lawsons, now are being bombarded with attempted emails from companies but always with same source. Now had someone saying it was my daughter in law, asking to borrow £340, it was not my daughter in law. All this following the breach at Lawsons be very careful with them. Rod Guise 28/3/19

Non delivery and unable to contact very disappointed wanted it for a present, it's good shops sell on the internet but they have to give a good service. I am not expecting delivery in 24 hrs but a few days is a must
