Late delivery and poor wuality
Placed order online for agreed delivery on Tuesday
Had no confirmation of delivery so called to confirm
Was told part of order not available and earliest delivery now on the Friday. Friday delivery arrived but now short of another 10 items on back order with no confirmed delivery date
On inspection found part of order damaged, called the office to complain and after investigation now told that the remainder of order will be delivered next Friday. 10 days late. Not a professional service and impacts project timelines considerably

I get got prices and a prompt service…
I get got prices and a prompt service .All the team work well .
in the pass i would get cost for materials, most jobs were started in around two mouth and the cost would be the same .But most of my prices are only held for one month now it does cause a bit if issue but the team normal keep it the same .

Damaged items delivered to site
Items were delivered to site with damage and, in spite of being advised the day after delivery on the install date, I'm still waiting on thenl exchange over a week later ...can't finish what is a small job ...very disappointed in what is a poor service.
