The team at Lawson West were fantastic during a sensitive time for me, they were kind and reassuring but knowledgeable in how best to proceed at each step. The use of technology allowed for much easier interactions, especially when they need to carry out identity checks or access sensitive documents without having to deliver or post the document to their office. All aspects of the service were fantastic!

Dylan was always accessible by phone and email, responsive, proactive, and clearly highly knowledgeable in what he was doing.
