Very disappointing experience with an online order. I ordered two bras on September 6 and paid $12 for shipping because I needed them by September 10. The website advertised “QUICK SHIP... See more

Disrespectful to loyal customer
I have received shocking customer service from La Vie en Rose today. Both a customer service rep in the call centre and her manager are arguing with me over a $12 shipping error they refuse to refund me. Both are claiming it's my fault when clearly the fault lies with the shipper Purolator. How can refusing a $12 refund (which btw is something they can easily claim from Purolator if they need it that much) be more important than permanently losing a loyal customer?? Absolute rubbish.
Less then one star
Less then one star but couldn’t do that, if your try to find soft comfortable and affordable don’t go here pricy, uncomfortable materials, and the underwire is 1000x worst then any other brand I’ve ever worn in my life
Terrible return policy. Poor customer service.
$9.00 charge for shipping, and I went to store to return a portion of the order and was told they would not refund since i bought on paypal.
But they told me i could send it back with the label included in package, and assured me there would be no fee to ship back.
However, in reading the paperwork, and then calling customer service, I discovered they do charge $12 + HST to do any return by mail.
Neither of these policies were made clear on website during ordering.
Very poor customer service and poor return policy.
Some excellent staff!
Staff of the store is very good. But if you’re lucky enough to get the young lady named Devender, she is outstanding. She provides Old school customer service… Selects bras for you brings them to the change room. No complaints about going back multiple times. I had an outstanding experience and will be a return customer. But only for Devender. Thank you so much for working so hard.
Horrible quality and dangerous
The wire came out of the bra and stabbed be in the side of my breast. It seems to have been 2 shorter wires in the cup of the bra. All I know is that it was painful and left a spot of blood at the site of the stabbing. I have a photo to share the wire that tore through the bra that stabbed be in the breast
I went to the Ajax mall location

Disappointed with Delivery Experience
Disappointed with Delivery Experience – Beware When Ordering Online
I recently placed an order with La Vie en Rose during the Canada Day sale at the end of June. I bought five beach dresses for myself and my daughters, taking advantage of the 25% off when spending $100. My total came to $102.77, which I was happy with—until the delivery process became a nightmare.
Purolator attempted delivery on July 3rd while my husband and I were out of the country. Our daughter, who lives with us, was at work that day. We later learned that Purolator claimed to have left a delivery notice, but there was no card or sticker at the door. As a result, the package was returned to La Vie en Rose.
Now, I see a pending credit of $89.22 on my card—La Vie en Rose customer service says that’s my refund for the dresses. I was charged $13.55 for not picking up the parcel from Purolator, even though I never received a proper notice and had no idea it was being held. In the past, La Vie en Rose used Canada Post, and I never had issues like this. Why change to a delivery company with such poor communication and limited options?
I’m very disappointed with this experience. I ended up with no dresses, a partial refund, and unnecessary frustration. I warn other customers to be cautious when ordering online—Purolator’s delivery policy is strict, and there’s little room for real-life situations like travel or work schedules. A photo at delivery or safe-drop option would have saved this entire situation.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, disrespectful wrong information, and head office is not welling to resolve basically turning customer away for store mistake and not accepting the refund, extremely poor customer service
Disappointed with La Vie en Rose…
Disappointed with La Vie en Rose Customer Service 🛑
I recently purchased a bra from the La Vie en Rose store in Moncton. As a breast cancer survivor, I cannot wear wired bras, and this one seemed comfortable when I tried it on in-store. Unfortunately, wearing it for the first time was incredibly painful — the side boning felt like it was stabbing into my skin. I had to remove it during the day due to the discomfort.
I reached out to customer service, hoping for understanding and a refund or exchange, especially given my medical history. Sadly, I received a cold, scripted response stating that because the tags were removed and it had been worn, they couldn’t help me.
I understand policies exist, but compassion and flexibility should too — especially when a product causes physical pain. I expected better from a brand that promotes comfort and support for women.
I hope La Vie en Rose reconsiders how they handle situations like this. Until then, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Signature required for delivery
Delivering issues. I was not home. No idea a signature was required. No warning at all, no email, no text message that a delivery was on its way. I had no way to pick up the order. They would not re-ship. They only gave me a partial refund. The refund look too long. Miserable experience.
If i could give them a zero i would.
If i could give them a zero i would.. I have been a customer for many years and i guess i haven't had to return anything so didn't have this awful experience. I bought some things online with paypal. The reason for using paypal was for online shopping and it's a bit more safe than using a credit card. When i received the stuff in the mail, it didn't fit so i wanted to return them. I find out online that using paypal, they won't return your money if you take the items to the store. Odd because it's like using cash. And having to mail items in, you have to pay $12 for the shipping. So i do that.. even though it's ridiculous.. and they received the items over a week ago. No email confirmation and no refund. And trying to get a hold of customer service is even worse. You seem to always be talking to a bot.. And never an apology whatsoever. Won't be shopping there again.
My online purchase was very simple
My online purchase was very simple. My bras arrived within a few days. Sadly I had to return one of them due to sizing but the return process was very simple. The quality of the bra I bought was really nice and it fit well. It's nice to have no issues for a change.
I wouldnt even give a one!
I wouldnt even give a one!! but had too!!! Bought a bathing suit top in which the staff sized for me, first time wearing it the wire popped out, they exchanged it no problem (even said must have been a manufacturer defect) wore the exact exchange one and the same thing happened same wire popped out, thought ok something is defective in the product and thought ok need to exchange it for a different one and NOPE rude customer service all around their excuse was not their problem mine it is how I must have taken care of it ?? taken care of it wore it one time and it literally happened with in half hour wearing it!!!!!
Don’t buy their nursing bras!
Bought a nursing bra and it didn’t last past 3 months of wearing it. Very low quality material and make. I contacted customer service and they said this is “normal” for regular wear and they wouldn’t replace it.
I would like to Thank Sam from the La…
I would like to Thank Sam from the La Vie en Rose in Oshawa off of Laval. She went wayyyyy above and beyond her job to make my 79 year old Mother feel comfortable. We were having an extremely difficult time trying to find my Mother some Masectamy Bra’s. Sam could have easily just said they didn’t have one for her to try on but as we were leaving she came out and called us over as she had found one for her to try on. Sam then took my Mom to the fitting room and helped her try it on. My Mom said she was so nice to her. My Mom was worried that Sam would be uncomfortable with helping her due to her Masectamy and prosthesis. She wasn’t at all phased by it and in fact made my Mom feel so good about herself. My Mom did leave with two new bras that made her feel (as she put it) like she was normal. I can’t thank Sam enough for her kindness towards my Mom. If anyone out there is looking for anything to make them feel good about themselves, Sam is your girl. Way to go La Vie en Rose, She’s a keeper.
Absolutely Terrible Experience
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away!
I ordered several swimsuits from La Vie en Rose and never even received my parcel. The delivery was handled by Purolator, and when I went to pick it up the very next day from the designated pickup point, I was told it wasn’t there. I returned the next day, and again – no parcel.
I contacted La Vie en Rose customer service, and they said they would investigate. Later, I was told the parcel was being returned to them and that I would receive a refund once it was received. Over 15 days have passed and still no refund. When I called again, the customer service representative was completely unhelpful and rude. Instead of solving the issue, he told me I would be charged a $12.99 return fee plus tax – even though the parcel was never delivered to me!
I explained that it’s unfair to charge a return fee for a delivery I never received, but was told, “It’s our policy.” This is nothing short of a scam – absolutely unethical, and clearly a money-grab. No apology, no accountability, and the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
I will never shop here again, and I’m posting this review to warn other genuine buyers. Be very careful – if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own.
Unclear return and exchange policy
I purchased an adhesive clip bra in store, and it remained in the packaging and was never used. The bill of sale did not say final sale, the web page did not say final sale, and no one indicated it was final sale in my instore experience. I have now communicated with two levels of customer service, and they keep saying it's a "body product" but there is no definition of body product anywhere on their site. All I am asking is that they acknowledge their willingness to improve communication so their return/exchange policy is clear to purchasers, but they have refused to do so. Very disappointing.
Just don’t bother
Have shopped in store before. I’ve tried, but didn’t care for their lingerie.
Ordered swimwear online trying to support Canadian businesses. Never again! and the
Parcel isn’t even here. Customer service is atrocious. It’s so bad I’m returning the package unopened when it arrives.
Quality has drastically declined over…
Quality has drastically declined over the years. I do find the quality of their underwear to be ok. Specifically the ones with the logo waist bands. Quality of bras is ok I like the memory foam strapless bra the most. I have multiple pj sets from la vie en rose 1st is a fleece winter pj set, it's good quality warm and not see through lol 2nd is a softer material long sleeve shirt and pants once again it's good and has held up. I recently picked up 2 sets of their summer pjs they are very very bad quality, they are damm see through no soft at all and feel very cheap. Do not buy them.
