Order made in July- no item received. Ignored by Latzio. What to do if you are in a similar situation
Placed an order months ago. Item has been paid for but not received. No one responds to email or has the common courtesy to advise of delays or issues. Company buries it’s head in the sand. Very small minded given successful companies rely upon repeat business.
I do not believe this to be a legitimate business. Do not purchase from this company. Supply chain excuses are a smoke screen. I expect there to be an extremely high turnover within the customer service team given the sheer amount of issues, hence no consistency. I expect the company to be imminently dissolved or liquidated.
For anyone in s similar boat, as per the customer rights act 2015, a default delivery period of 30 days is stipulated, and this is the time that the retailer has to deliver the goods in a satisfactory condition unless otherwise arranged. If the delivery of your purchase is later than agreed, you have the right to terminate the purchase and obtain a full refund. If they ignore you, you can report to trading standards.
If you paid for your non-delivered or late item by a debit card, contact your bank and tell them that you want to use the ‘chargeback scheme'. They can reverse the payment and refund the amount back to your account.

Very disappointed- paid for items that I have not recieved
Very disappointed, I have purchased multiple items from this website and never had a problem before. However, my latest order (Invoice #000031148 for Order #000064733) was not complete. I have paid for items I have not recieved.
The invoice clearly states 2 vases should be packed, the 2 is highlighted in yellow highlighter. Yet I only received one.
I have emailed customer services@ latzio.com twice and called the customer service line multiple, multiple times. I am yet to receive the product. Latzio living please refund me my money.

Having placed an order mid July it took to mid August to establish that the product wasn’t in stock & confirmation that a refund would be processed. As you can see I’m still awaiting a refund and the courtesy of a response to my correspondence.
I hasten to add my request for a copy of the complaints procedure has been ignored.
One last chance to rectify the situation before legal action…..
I emailed customer services at 7.06 this morning following my emails of the 11th and 24th August being ignored.

AVOID by all means
AVOID! Ordered a decorative item, there was a 4 week delay for arrival. Company does not notify its customers of any delays at all, as a result I had to chase the item on numerous occasions. Customer care gave me different dates for delivery, which is actually a big question mark the whole delivery thing as I cancelled the item after long wait. After there was a chasing gave for refund! The customer care phone number is a joke, as nobody ever answers the phone.
I had to involve the bank, which opened a query case for me, and only after the refund was processed.
No respect for customers, no financial or business responsibilities, dealing with the company feels like dealing with the scammers. I only can imagine what people going through after ordering expensive goods( AVOID!

I bought a couple of LSE gin glasses…
I bought a couple of LSE gin glasses but when they arrived they had a bubble imperfection in the glass. I contacted customer services and a replacement was sent out straight away on receipt of photographic evidence. The service was prompt and I wasn’t asked for the glasses to be sent back which saved me a whole lot of hassle. Very pleased with my purchase which were a gift and the replacement did arrive in time!
