Latex Sense Reviews 

I've already reviewed the mattress itself. This is in relation to the refund. We returned the mattress which was collected over 2 weeks ago and still no refund back in my bank account. I contacted latex sense to which they replied they would do it within 30 days. After contacting them again they stated the delay was due to us paying through klarna and processed the refund straight away. Very happy with their service. I'd recommend this company.

Ordered their organic latex topper - not cheap but I liked their 30-night trial period. Delivery was quick - a few days - and the product is excellent, solved my pressure point pain, finally - after testing several memory foam toppers. An all round positive experience, highly recommend.

We got a Cloud Organic latex mattress which is beautiful - soft in the right way and firm in the right way. Also, Latex Sense have brilliant customer service - there was an issue around the delivery and they replied to messages right away and sorted the problem out. We now have 2 latex pillows too which we also love!

best mattress i ever had , i have lower back pain and spent alot of money on mattresses becaus all of them after some use they lost the firmess , but this one after an year of use still as firm as first day , i cant belive the quality it has , i had more expensive ones and less quality, but remember, every body its different , you need to find you perfect mattress , for this is the one.

I bought organic dual comfort coir mattress in super king size and I just absolutely love it. During the last 10 years I changed mattresses 3 times. This one is the most comfortable one I had ever had. The springines, the firmnes, the cool feel, everything is perfect. I went personally to the shop to have a look how they all feel, as the expens on 1500 is a big deal for me and I needed to check if it is justified. I fall in love with organic line, which is much cooler than non-organic. And then I had dilema if I should take full latex, or coir version. Finally decided with coir and I am so so happy with it. The only one thing I need to mention is the smell of latex. It has never went away. At the beginning I did not want to have it and I was venting mattress for two weeks before I started to sleep on it. But as the smell never went away, I gave up. But funny thing, I got used to it and now when I go to bedroom it is pleasant for me and actually I associate it with rest, sleep and relax. I recommand latex to everybody. I did my research and I would buy it again. And again. And again. If at any point it will wear off, the next one will be latex again. And it will be Latex Sense.

5 STAR Company. WITHOUT A DOUBT! This is why you should buy from LatexSense: Firstly, they deliver as promised. They are ethical, and use sustainable materials, and the production quality is top-notch. As is the customer service. I originally purchased the Superior Mattress (Medium Firm) because I have long-term Chronic health issues including Fibromyalgia, back pain, stiffness, disturbed sleep, and allergies. I was absolutely DONE with wasting money on toxic, unreliable, and uncomfortable memory-foam / hybrid mattresses (that never last as long as they should anyway). After 2 HOURS of sleeping on the Superior Full-Latex mattress I was BLOWN AWAY that it was even possible to sleep on such a comfortable AND supportive surface!... The intensity of my chronic-health symptoms dropped massively just within 2 hours! I was so impressed that I opted to upgrade to the Opulence Mattress (again, Medium Firm) - which effectively has a thicker base layer of Dunlop and a thicker top layer of Talalay for EXTRA comfort. EVERY TIME I get into bed now I KNOW, and can feel it helping my body to stay aligned, supported, and comfortable. My health continues to improve because of it, and I am having the best sleeps I have EVER had! Me and my bed have a completely new relationship! LOL. It's difficult to explain just how incredible a full Latex mattress is, and it does take a number of weeks to get used to the change in feel, because you sleep ONTOP of it, rather than being SUCKED into it like memory-foam does (yuk!). It feels like laying on the healthiest, most comfortable, most supportive surface imaginable! And you can sleep so well that you will miss the feeling of being awake to experience it! Also, there are NO toxic fumes to inhale for 8+ hour per night! I will NEVER EVER own another mattress that isn't full (natural) latex again. And I will never again support the industry that pumps out toxic mattresses to adults and children. FACTS. SVETA was great at helping me choose the correct upgrade to the Opulence, and arranging the exchange. And Empire Delivery was great with delivery and taking the mattress to my room of choice (full latex mattresses are HEAVY, so take advantage of this delivery feature). I genuinely feel proud to have made the investment in a full-latex mattress, and contrary to what some people say, they are NOT EXPENSIVE for what you get - especially if you purchase from LatexSense. The long-lasting, natural, eco-friendly, sustainably-produced, great-quality - along with the support AND comfort you can achieve (if you get the right one) FAR FAR FAR outweighs the initial cost - and they last longer than traditional mattresses anyway. AND you know you are supporting an industry that is good for the planet (rather than the manufacture of toxic and non-biodegradable memory foam), and good for the deserving, hard-working people in the production chain, as well. I have since purchased 3 latex pillows from Latex Sense - the Contour, and the slim profile, and I got exactly what I expected - 5 Star quality at great prices, from a company I can TRUST. From now on, I only recommend to friends LatexSense, whether they have health problems or not. I am THAT impressed. And I will continue to support LatexSense because they deserve all the custom they can get. *Ignore the stupid reviews on here. LatexSense are a 5-STAR COMPANY - WITHOUT QUESTION. Do yourself and your family a MASSIVE favour - Go to their showroom, check out the products, and upgrade all your mattresses so that you can have the healthiest, and best sleep for years to come! Your body and your mind will thank you every.single.night! : )

I bought the Opulence mattress. Excellent quality. I first exchanged from soft to medium and that was so easy to do. Loved the medium (best sleep quality!) but for some reason, when my partner slept over, this wasn’t working for me. So I then returned it for full refund. At every step, Latex sense was very efficient and made it easy to transition. Full refund received. Thank you.

I purchased a Luxury Dunlop Latex Topper- Medium Comfort Feel from Latex Sense. Their service was excellent, delivery was fast and the topper is absolutely brilliant, it has turned my firm mattress into a medium one for me!

I've had a latex pillow for years and always rated it, so when it was time for a new mattress, Latex was considered. I purchased the Bliss, medium comfort. I admit that I was nervous - a large investment for a product that I had not tested. I weigh around 14 stone and it seems supportive. It is exceptionally comfortable. I didn't realise how sore the previous mattress was making me. I thought it was the onset of old age. It seems to have reduced back muscle spasms and also a reduction in numb hands and fingers since getting the mattress. I think this is due to improved spinal alignment. I don't seem to wake up as much either during the night. In conclusion: It seems to work for me. (my wife claims not to notice any difference!) I hope we get the expected longeviety out of the bed - if we do it will have been a successful purchase but it did feel like quite a risk - even with the promised 50 day trial. This probably should be a 5-star rating but there is a hesitation after only a month of usage - likely in a year if all seems to be going well it may earn its extra star.

Lovely mattress and excellent service. We ordered a firm mattress but decided it was too firm so took advantage of their 50 day change policy and they swapped it for a medium which is so comfy I love it. Swift replies to emails. We were away when delivery of the second mattress was due and they held it for three weeks for us. Delivery very smooth and good communication. Would definitely recommend. We should have followed the weight advice on their website - if we had we would have ordered the medium in the first place.

Latex beds are so much better to sleep on than mixed synthetic beds. Expensive but it seems to be very good quality so far.

I purchased a latex topper and it is amazing. I have a super firm mattress which needed a softer but supportive top layer. The latex mattress is perfect. Just enough softness which pretty much goes back to its original shape after airing for the morning.

The delivery of the mattress was as expected. The mattress itself is supremely comfortable. I suffer with bad joints and intense pain and stiffness when laying on a normal, sprung mattress - even if it’s a high quality and soft tension. The latex mattress (in soft) is both supportive and comfortable. I am no longer in pain an hour after laying down. It is also cool - we had through the summer and pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended for people who suffer with pain eg due to arthritis, fibromyalgia or PMR etc

Excellent quality latex pillows, we bought the deeper fill size pillows as we wanted extra neck support. They are so comfortable and certainly have helped with my wife's neck and back pain. Cool to sleep on in the summer months with no sweaty overheating as we've had with generic pillows. We now have four of them and feel they are good value and worth the extra cost compared to previous latex pillows we have owned. We would highly recommend latex sense pillows.
