Just back from a fantastic 10 days at villa Lazy Daze. The villa is very clean, light and airy with all the rooms a really good size. Fantastic pool and hot tub which was regularly cleaned.

Great location, a relatively short walk to 3 different supermarkets and both the old and new towns.

Nina and Nathan were fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed. What we didn't know that we needed, but do now, is that they provide a wheeled shopping trolley - fantastic for getting the bottles of water (and wine and beer) back to the villa.

A great stay and will definitely be going back!!

Just back from an amazing week in Casa Del Rio. Fab Villa and spotlessly clean. Family of 4 with two older teenage boys and there was ample outdoor space to keep everyone happy. Plenty of room for the boys to kick a ball about, as well as a good sized pool, jacuzzi and lovely little seating areas and comfy sun loungers. Inside the Villa was perfect for the 4 of us with a en-suite bathroom and a main bathroom which both had showers. The Tv had all the Irish and Uk sports channels (and many more). The Villa is a short 10 min walk to the bottom of the strip. Taxi rank also just before the strip which we used to get a taxi to the old town and walk back. You can also walk to Matagorda by going in the opposite direction which takes around 20 min or less and has some lovely bars and restaurants. Nina and Nathan are genuine lovely people and nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel so welcome. We had a few requests and nothing was a problem or too much hassle. Lovely welcome package left for us on arrival to ensure we didn’t have to find a supermarket until the morning which is only around the corner about 300m away. Definitely hope to be back in the near future.

The most amazing 10 days. The owners were the most helpful people you could wish to deal with. We took our son and disabled daughter and from start to finish they done everything to help us! The villa was breathtaking and every tiny detail had been thought of! Extremely clean and the pool was absolutely perfect! Day and night I’m missing the place! Seriously can’t thank them enough! Rebooking for next year asap!

Just back from 10 days in Casa Tropicana.We had a wonderful holiday and it felt like a home from home.Everything about this property is great from inside to the outside.Interior was beautiful and plenty of room and the outside was as good.Plenty of room around the garden and pool for the kids to play and relax.The pool was fantastic and warm and everything was kept to high standard all through the holiday.Walking distance to everything and cheap taxi back if needed.We will plan another stay for sure again.A big thank you to Nathan & Nina who were always a phone call away and lovely people to have met and couldnt do enough for us .See ya soon Guys 😀.

From start to finish sunshine villas were excellent. Booking was straight forward, queries and questions always responded to promptly. Villa information was second to none. Villa Casa Del Rio was amazing, immaculately clean and was equipped with everything and I mean everything to make our stay perfect The pool and Hot tub were cleaned on a regular basis and sun loungers were top quality and comfortable. Our Hosts Nina and Nathan were absolutely fantastic. So so helpful and the nicest couple who made our stay amazing. Communications were the best and they spent time explaining equipment and answering general questions about the area, shops etc. Overall if you want a fantastic holiday look no further than Lanzarote Sunshine Villas. You are sure to get a warm welcome from Nina and Nathan *****😀

The villa I have to say was one of the best I’ve stayed in it was Spotless and clearly loved ,the owners just couldn’t do Enough for us and Were lovely people ,i really would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

We have had a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. The hosts, Nina and Nathan, were amazing from the start of the booking process right up to our departure. Nothing was too much trouble, and I received some lovely communications from them ensuring that our stay was as good as it could be. It was almost like meeting friends. The welcome pack was the best we have ever had - everything we needed for the first day.
The villa itself is beautiful and a real home from home. You can see the love and attention to detail that has been lavished on this property. Spotlessly clean, beautiful comfortable beds and linen (I slept like a baby the whole week), with everything you need and so many little touches around the rooms. Bedrooms are very quiet. The heated pool was a real bonus given that we stayed in May. Easy walking distance to the strip (although we did get a taxi back 😊 for about €3-4) and also to Lidl supermarket and some small cafe restaurants. The terrace was a perfect spot to sit in the evenings and we even had lovely throws provided if it got a bit chilly out there. During the day it provided lovely sea views.
We had a perfect week and were sorry to leave. I've looked at dates to rebook but surprise surprise there is very little availability. Will definitely return at some point.

Our 2nd stay with Sunshine Villas, this time at Lazy Daze and the high standard of villa and customer experience continued! The welcome pack on arrival has everything you need so you don’t need to dash immediately to the shops. The interior of the villa was just stunning, so well put together and literally everything you think you might need on holiday has been thought about already and provided. The outside space was amazing, the views of the sea, the large dining area and fabulous terrace with swimming pool and hot tub were just a joy. The swimming pool was lovely and warm, we all enjoyed relaxing on the comfy loungers too. Location wise it was great, a short walk to Lidl and downhill to the strip and beach, with plenty of entertainment and restaurants there to choose from. We’ve been coming to Puerto Dem Carmen for many years, this has to be one of the best villas we’ve stayed in - don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed!!

We (4 adults) stayed in Villa Lazy Daze from 19-26 April 2024. This is a stunning spacious villa in a great location between the old and new town in Puerto Del Carmen. With ample parking outside, it is beautifully decorated, spotless with all amenities including a heated pool and hot tub. Our hosts Nina and Nathan were lovely and couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. I can’t wait for our next visit.

Just returned from a brilliant 8 night stay at Villa Lazy Daze. Nina and Nathan are excellent hosts who are always on hand to help in any way they can. The welcome pack was perfect and just what we needed after our delayed flight meant we arrived very late. We loved how modern and spacious the villa is and how spotlessly clean it was inside and out. The heated pool is a very good size and our daughter loved playing in it every day. The villa has a very safe feel about it with the large wall/fence and locked gate, this combined with having every TV channel you could wish for makes the Villa Lazy Daze an absolute 5 star stay.
We will definitely be returning soon.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Del Rio. The villa was immaculately presented, and the amenities were 2nd to none. The pool was regularly cleaned and kept and a lovely temperature which was perfect for the time of year. The owners could not of been more helpful and supportive during our stay.

Just returned from a week’s stay in villa Lazy Daze. The villa is beautiful. Spotlessly clean & equipped with everything you need. Great outdoor space with heated pool, hot tub and lovely views from the terrace. It’s in a nice quiet location about 15 mins walk from the seafront. Great communication with the owners Nina & Nathan who were so helpful & we really appreciated our early checkin. We will definitely return.

Just returned from villa lazy daze!
We will definitely be returning, from the offset communication with nathan and nina was fantastic we arrived to a lovely welcome pack for us to enjoy which was such a lovely gesture.
The villa was absolutely Immaculate, very spacious, modern and equipped with everything you could need.
We were very impressed with the hot tub, heated pool, outdoor bbq, smart tv and all the appliances, its very nice to have luxuries away from home especially if your travelling with little ones.
The location is ideal too, not too far to walk to the centre and seafront
We will without a doubt be returning next year and would highly recommend!

From the offset the communication from Nathan and Nina was excellent. They even let us view the villa when we came out on a previous trip in November, needless to say, once viewed, we booked it straight away and were really looking forward to our holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, very spacious and airy and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The beds were super comfy and they use really good quality bed linen and towels. The pool area was amazing and we really enjoyed the hot tub of an evening. 10/15 minutes downhill walk to the main strip and if you dont fancy walking back up the hill again, taxis are in abundance and cost around €3.50 .It is clear the Nathan and Nina take great pride in their properties and were only a phonecall away if we had any problems (which we didnt) you wont be disappointed if you book this villa ,i hope to return in future

From start to finish Nina and Nathan made our holiday to their amazing villa absolutely perfect. The location was spot on, peacefull for sunbathing and relaxing beside the pool in the day and a leisurely 10 min walk down into the town at night. The villa itself is immaculate, very well presented and has everything you could possibly need for your stay, the photos don't do it justice as its just fantastic.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Casa del Rio. This villa is one of the best we have stayed in in Lanzarote. Nina and Nathan are wonderful hosts. They provide lots of small touches you wouldn't normally expect, including a mega welcome pack. The villa itself is small but it was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The outside area is huge with a large pool, hot tub and different seating options. Excellent location mid way between the lively strip in Puerto del Carmen and the quieter resort of Matagorda. Around a 15 minute walk in either direction. We are returning to Casa del Rio in May and I expect we will have many more visits.

This villa is absolutely amazing. Has everything you need for your holiday and more. Each room is well equipped and comfortable. Nina and Nathan have done a fantastic job on this villa and do everything possible to make your stay stressful. It was nice to arrive to a welcome pack of the basic essentials you need to settle. I was there with my friend and were re booking for next January and I'm also taking my family late this year. This villa is 5star plus more

There are no words. From start to finish this villa was just amazing. Nina and Nathan are such lovely people and keep this place immaculate. There was nothing bad we could say about this villa. Outdoor space is huge and gorgeous pool. Close proximity to everything, We have booked again for next year and cannot wait already. We have stayed in Puerto del carmen so many time and you wouldn't beat this. Thank you for such a memorable holiday.

We were a family of 6 celebrating a 60th Birthday. The villa was ideal for our needs. Beautifully decorated throughout to a very high standard. Kitchen filled with every gadget to make life easy. The pool and outdoor seating areas were numerous. Pool heated so that everyone could enjoy a lot of swimming. Our hosts Nathan and Nina were the perfect hosts. Calling to make sure we were all enjoying our stay. We will be back.
