The shipment was not delivered to me. I was at home all day waiting for the courier. I was continuously tracking the shipment status, and suddenly a message appeared saying that the delivery was unsuccessful and the package is being returned to the sender!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. The product is very poor quality, and the company is extremely unreliable. I strongly recommend NOT BUYING FROM THEM.
We have been requesting a return and a refund for over two months. During this time, they have repeatedly claimed that there is a “system bug” preventing them from issuing a DPD return label. At the same time, they refuse to provide an alternative return address or system.

Bad service- no phone line to call any agent if changes in the order are needed, no email, only automatic bot who answers only general questions and does not allow to enter the order specific number.

není pravda, že neexistují žádné způsoby kontaktu se zákaznickou podporou.
Internetové obchody obvykle uvádějí kontaktní údaje na dvou místech: v sekci Kontakt a v sekci O nás.
Kontaktní údaje jsou navíc uvedeny také v sekci Nejčastější dotazy a v obchodních podmínkách.
Pokud jste si stránky pečlivě prohlédl, není možné, abyste nenarazil na telefonní číslo nebo alespoň na e-mailovou adresu info@lampyasvetla.cz
.
Není tedy pravda, jak uvádíte, že neexistuje infolinka. Infolinka existuje a funguje každý den od 9:20 do 17:00. Pokud se nepodařilo dovolat, je zde vždy e-mail, který funguje správně.

The company presents itself in a way that strongly suggests it is a Czech company: it uses a Czech name, a Czech domain, and a Czech phone number. Only after deeper inspection does it become clear that the company is in fact based in the Netherlands.
This distinction is not merely formal. Orders are shipped from the Netherlands, resulting in longer delivery times than a Czech-based operation would imply. More importantly, in the event of a return, the customer is required to send the goods back to the Netherlands, which significantly increases return costs. Had this been clearly disclosed upfront, I would not have made the purchase.
In addition, the terms and conditions state that the company may retain “processing fees” in an unspecified amount when issuing a refund. Under Czech consumer protection law—and, to my understanding, EU consumer law—such unspecified deductions are not permitted.
Taken together, the presentation of the company and the refund conditions raise serious concerns about transparency and compliance with consumer protection rules when operating on the Czech market.
For these reasons, I am considering submitting this case to the relevant Czech consumer protection authority for review, as the way this company operates on the Czech market raises concerns under Czech and EU consumer protection rules.

není pravda, že bychom cokoli skrývali. Na našich webových stránkách v sekci „O nás“ je uvedeno, že jsme společnost se sídlem v Nizozemsku. Nikdy jsme se nepředstavovali jako česká firma. Dokonce uvádíme nizozemské DIČ.
Navíc je sekce „O nás“ první sekcí, kterou lze najít v dolní části stránky.
Ano, máme českou webovou stránku, český název obchodu a české telefonní číslo. Nemůžeme očekávat, že český zákazník bude hledat zboží na nizozemské stránce, v nizozemštině a volat na nizozemskou infolinku.
Působíme prakticky ve všech evropských zemích, včetně zemí mimo EU, jako je Velká Británie nebo Ukrajina.
Co se týče nákladů na vrácení zboží – zákazník může na vlastní náklady zaslat zboží do Nizozemska, nebo využít naši vratnou štítek v souladu s politikou vrácení na webu. Rozhodnutí je na zákazníkovi. V případě vrácení zboží v rámci reklamace jsou náklady na vrácení na naší straně.
Co se týče vrácení peněz – na webových stránkách je uvedena částka 140 korun.
Zákazník má před zadáním objednávky právo se seznámit s politikou obchodu, včetně politiky vrácení. Pokud má jakékoli pochybnosti, má právo se před objednávkou obrátit na zákaznickou podporu e-mailem nebo telefonicky.
Co se týče nákladů – náklady na vrácení hradí zákazník, pokud prodávající sám nesdělí, že náklady na vrácení ponese.
Takže vše je uvedeno na našich stránkách. Politika vrácení, informace o nákladech, evropské DIČ. Pokud něco vzbudilo Vaše pochybnosti, naše otázka zní: proč jste to nekonzultoval s námi e-mailem nebo telefonicky? Obě tyto informace lze také nalézt na stránce.

Eshop je český, ale celá společnost není česká. Jsme nizozemska společnost a na území České republiky nemáme žádný sklad.
Balík odjel ze skladu v Polsku. Proto pravděpodobně jste dostal nějaký automatický odkaz v polštině.
