Good shop, terrible delivery
Everything was good except for the delivery service, DPD. I waited one month for half of my delivery, and it was the worst experience I've ever had with them. I recommend the shop, but not their delivery service. Sorry for my rate but you can change deliver service.

I have not received the product
I have not received the product. The delivery company stated that my address was not complete. I think it was just an excuse since my address was correct and complete. However, there was not my but a Dutch telefone number +31402082834 under my address. I do not understand why and whether this was the reason that the parcel was not delivered.

Incorrecr delivery details.
The company gave the carrier incorrect delivery details. The shipment was not delivered to me and was returned. So I don't have the lamp and they even deducted the shipping fee from my refund.

přepravní společnost obdržela stejné údaje, jaké byly zadané v objednávce.
Pokud jde o peníze za zásilku, která se k nám vrátila, odeslali jsme je dávno. To není pravda, že jsme cokoliv odpočitali. Máme právo odpočítat pouze 5 EUR za vrátný štítek, v případě když chcete odeslat zboží. V případě když kurýr nedoručí zásilku nebo zákazník se rozhodne nevyzvednout balík, vždycky posiláme plnou částku.
