můžete psát česky.
V panelu na sledování zásilky vidíme jen, že planovaný termín doručení zásilky je dneska, to znamená 15.05.
O žádných problémech nic nevíme, protože jsme od Vás nedostali žádný mail se stížností. A mail je vždycky první cestou pro kontakt s obchodem.
Tak je těžko se k tomu vyjádřit.

The lamp was not delivered to me
The lamp was not delivered to me, according to the DPD info it was broken during transport. No one contacted me about further steps or sent me the money back.

Neobdrželi jsme žádné informace o poškozené zásilce a žádná poškozená zásilka k nám nedorazila.
