My dissatisfaction was precisely with your customer service representative being very rude and not providing the necessary information. I think you should provide some training to your customer service representatives.

Domnule Ahmet, din păcate, nu putem realiza livrare pe cont propriu și prin urmare apelăm la serviciile slujbei de curierat. De aceea, uneori apar probleme cu livrarea.
