Same SKU different products…
I have ordered Same SKU in two orders and in the second order I received a different product even it was the same SKU. I tried to get in touch with the staff, but now answer yet.

Order not delivered, no support available - worried it’s fake
I placed an order on 13.11 with expected delivery on 24.11. The products did not arrive and I have received 0 information or updates since the order “confirmation”. Customer support is non-existent - phone number is inactive, the website chat does not work (you choose from predefined answers and it tells you it “doesn’t understand”). No replies to email, instagram messages or facebook messages either. Such poor customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Cancelling the order is impossible, “tracking” the order takes me to a refund page - impossible to use when I ahven’t received the products. I am seriously concerned I will never receive my products or a refund for >150€ spent on this seemingly fake website. If I don’t receive any updates or communications soon, I am inclined to escalate further and take legal action for scamming.

They can't be reached
They don't answering on any messages! I tried to reach them on their Facebook page, on email, on contact form. The phone number from their Facebook page isn't available and on the phone number from the webpage always answering a robot which tell You that nobody is available every time.
It's really looks like a scam page without any possibility to reach them.
Latest Update:Finally I got an answer on the latest email after i made this review! I updated the rate, but i decided to not order from them, unfortunatelly i don’t have any trust in a shop where it’s so hard to get in contact with anybodty!
