The shoes were not the sizes they were supposed I ordered two uk sizes 7 &one size 8 the shoes were way too narrow for the sizing they were supposed to be however they were pretty and delivery was quick my parcels were not wrapped well it had holes in was torn

FALLING APART IN 30 MINUTES
My partner had order me a pair of the black platform heart heel wide calf boots for my 21st birthday as I had came across them and fell in love and they had different ones it seemed perfect to get the full set eventually but they arrived very fast with the return slip and return policy which states if they are damaged they won’t refund which first gave red flags for me to put them on for no more that 30 minutes in the HOUSE and the sole starts peeling at the front then I notice all the paint missing on the zip poor glue job I contact them stating the issues in which they sent and extended return policy that says from the £67 they should refund they will refund £48 in total because both the fees for postage they won’t return and charge and extra £5 on top if they are returned damaged AND not int the original box !! Are they reselling broken ones ?!the issues I’ve had feel like pre faulty ones that have been re glued and resold !

Bit of scam
I ordered some boots during the recent sale for £47.59, discounted from full price of £67.99. When the boots arrived I really liked the style, however they fit way too small. I am a UK size 5 comfortably in all other footwear, these Lamoda boots were a whole size too small. Their website only advises sizing up if 'between sizes' even though it is apparent that their sizing being too small is a wide spread issue based on reviews on here which I have only seen after making my purchase.
I sent the boots back requesting an exchange for a larger size. I then get an email saying my refund is on the way. I emailed customer services requesting an exchange instead as this is what I had requested when I returned the boots. I was informed by a customer service representative that this was not possible as the boots had now been returned to full price. They were very dismissive and it felt as if they were just trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible.
This obviously does not make financial sense as they could have sent me the size 6 boots as an exchange and resold the unworn size 5 boots at their full retail price. So they would have not lost out on any money as a company by honouring my exchange.
Furthermore, nowhere in their returns policy or on any correspondence does it state that they have a policy where exchanges cannot be honoured if the price of the boots changes between ordering the boots and returning them. So there is a lack of honesty and transparency.
This was my first order with Lamoda and the experience made me feel that they do not seem to value customer retention and clearly do not take pride in delivering good customer service. Looking at reviews on here, my experience does not seem unusual for Lamoda. They appear to be a fast fashion company trying to scam people out of as much money as they can get away with through dodgy business practices and secretive returns policies whilst attempting to disguise themselves as a high end brand. The quality of the footwear also falls short of what you would expect if paying the full price. I would not order from Lamoda again and would advise others to spend their money elsewhere.

Unfortunately, once a refund is issued, we cannot revert it, and there was no stock available for the exchange, which led to the full refund being processed. To make up for the inconvenience, our team issued a full refund, including the shipping charges you paid for the order, and they did not deduct the return label charges.

I love lamoda but there is one problem.
I love the shoes at lamoda but when I got refunded for one of my orders it wasn’t the full amount however I fixed it with customer support, which is a good service. (the workers are kind!) but i don’t really know if lamoda is ethical because I’ve been aware of that lately, anyways that’s why I gave it 4 stars, not five but overall I loved it! !

Beautiful shoes but Not-so-great Quality
So, this was my first time ordering from La Moda. I really loved the design of the shoes I bought, they were a really cute pair of creepers. They arrived super fast and I loved them at first glance, tried them on they were super comfy. However I've only worn them 3 times and one of the studs has fallen off and a bit of leather has become detached from the shoe. I've only had the shoes with me for 10 days and worn them like 3 times to walk around in so if studs are already falling off that does not bode well. I'm really disappointed as I genuinely loved the shoes and they were so comfortable. I have looked at their return policy and you can return within 14 days but the shoes must be unworn, since I've worn them out once I know I can't return them even though it's been less than 14 days so I don't know what to do. I'm just really sad and disappointed because for the price I paid there should not be damage within the first few wears.

Scam company
Scam company. In their terms they outline their cancellation and returns policies. I abided by them and emailed right after my order was placed to try and cancel as I ordered the wrong item. I emailed again the next day. Several days later I get an email from their “customer service department” saying “We are so sorry as we reply emails in the order they are received. So till the time we got your email, the order was already shipped out.” They should honor the fact I canceled my order before it was shipped as emails are timestamped. I shouldn’t have to wait around til they get to checking their email, what they do with their time over there is Not my responsibility.
