Both the pairs of boots broke on the…
Both the pairs of boots broke on the first wear, very disappointed, the spikes fell off and the zippers split the second they were zipped, had to throw both of them away.

Waiting Over a Month for Refund
[Edit] Still waiting for my refund. Customer service has said in their reply below I can keep the shoes, but this is ridiculous. I returned them over a month and a half ago. I just want my money back.

I've finally received an email stating my refund has been processed. Still, I will give 3 stars as I think the calves on their boots could be wider to accommodate for slightly wider calves, and I had to follow up twice to get a refund on my order that was sent back last month.
Their shoes look wonderful, but unfortunately, they didn't fit around my calves (I'm not even plus-sized). I returned the shoes I bought last month and am still waiting for a refund. I've sent two emails asking for a follow-up, but I haven't received a response.
Terrible customer service so far.

Our website does indeed have a sizing chart available. It's important to keep in mind that there might be slight variations in sizing between different styles of our products, depending on the type of sole used.

When it comes to the wide fit variant of any shoe, they are designed to be wider compared to the standard fit version of the product. For our knee-high boots, our team has specifically designed them with an additional 2-4 inches of width in the circumference at the very top of the boot, depending on the material and type of boot.

Sizing is Scam
Well, I got scammed on my first ever order.
I am a Size 6 1/2 and purchased Size 7 sneakers and Size 7 boots. The sneakers fit great, with a little bit of room for thicker socks or insoles. But the boots are WAY TOO SMALL. I ordered half a size up and still can barely get my feet in and once they’re on, the boots are so tight that they cut off circulation to my feet.
I emailed the company and politely asked them to cover shipping return costs since it’s not my fault their Size 7 shoe fits like a 6 at best. But they simply refused and kept blaming me for not measuring my feet according to their size chart - which I did before ordering and which is why I ordered a half size up in the first place.
Now I am stuck with $100 shoes I can’t wear, or wasting $45+ on USPS shipping. Won’t ever order from there again.

Best alternative shoes brand I tried ♡
I discovered this brand because of IG not that long ago and I have to admit that I instantly fell in love! After seeing an ad for these boots I knew
I had to have them. I went to their site which is probably one of the easiest sites to navigate and found those among many other shoes I knew I needed for my collection. Ordering was fast and I got them even sooner! I tried them on as soon as they came and I couldn’t believe how comfortable they were. They’re a staple in my wardrobe now and i can literally wear them for 8 hours straight walking around and my feet never hurt by the end of it. If you’re thinking about ordering from them just do it yourself I won’t regret it

I’ve been buying lamodas shoes for a few years now, and I’ve loved every single pair. If your platform obsessed like me, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They don't know what stock they have and wouldn't exchange the size even though I filled out the form and got a return code. When emailed them after 14 days as I didn't get any exchange or refund by then. So they said they don't do refunds and I sent them the email when I got the return code that they will process the refund with in 14 days. So they changed tune and said we normally don't but will do refund this time but I didn't want a refund I wanted a size exchanged so they said it was out of stock. I checked their website it was still available and it is still available today.

Thank you for the refund but you accepted the return when I filled in the form and I was given a return code and I didn't choose to send the return without confirmation of yourself accepting my return. And I was not informed that you didn't have stock or that I would not be getting an exchange until I contacted you because I didn't hear anything back from you. You didn't even give me the full refund I paid £28 but only got £25. For your information you still have the size available on your website if you don't have the stock perhaps you should remove it from your website.
Thank you for the discount code but I won't be buying anything from your website again.
And I won't be taking my review off the website, I wouldn't want anyone else to be disappointed with your customer service. They should have a clear picture of what to expect.

The platforms Feel sturdy. I have a lot of feet issues which Causes shoe damage quite fast or are not able to fit in width, however these were great. They also were not damaged in the post. However at comic
Con 2/3 Metal studs came off quite easily but I will just glue them back on.
