Absoluetly horrendous customer service. Total scam. They supplied me with an exchange form which I filled as out as shoes did not fit. Paid to return them. Only to then be told my parcel didn’t arrive (even though I had it Royal Mail tracked) and that I wasn’t entitled to a refund (and they apparently don’t do exchanges) as i bought the shoes in the sale. Taken over a month to finally get my money back. Will never buy from these again.

I wish I had read the reviews. I am trying to send shoes back and this company is despicable. I've had 1 email, I've sent loads of pictures, yet still no return label. I feel I've been totally had! I honestly feel like contacting Trading Standards, not just for me but for all of you who have had money stolen. I've only had the shoes a few days, I'm guessing g they are trying to push me out if the 2 week window after reading your reviews

While my boots are very comfortable they started breaking within 2 months of wearing. The inside was ripped up, the shoe started to seperate from the platform and part of the buckle fell off.

They are really difficult to return, it's a short 2 week window, and its not easy to do online. If you miss the window they won't accept them back. I bought shoes as a present but they won't even consider exchange. Honestly, unless you are 100% sure I wouldn't bother. Definitely don't buy as a present.

Ordered a pair of shoes that came quickly but they were small, sent them back and requested next size up, I didn't think it was going to be over 2 weeks and no reply to emails.

I returned a pair of shoes because they didn’t fit, and the company confirmed receipt of the return, assuring me that I would receive a refund within 14 days. However, despite the promise, I never received the refund.

After several inquiries with customer service, I was told that there was a technical issue, and I was advised to wait an additional 24 hours for resolution. Unfortunately, this period has passed with no update, explanation, or resolution—just the same repeated message to "wait." Furthermore, I discovered that the refund was cancelled on PayPal for reasons that were never made clear to me.

I attempted to open a dispute through PayPal, but for some reason, it was not possible to proceed with this option.

Given my experience, be careful when purchasing and returning items from this company, as the lack of communication and failure refunds has been deeply disappointing.

Got delivered shoes that had some writing on straps and generally whole thing looked flimsy and not good quality, especially the heel of the boot. However I can see that their return portal is broken and I am yet to hear back from customer service. I wish I checked them out on trustpilot before buying - definitely bad quality and poor service. Now it feels like I will need to contact my bank to fix it.

Placed and order because reviews said they had received orders and clothes nice.
Order July 14th. Still haven’t received it and no replies to the emails.
Really disappointing and not had my money back.

I placed an order last week and payment was taken along with confirmation of order. No tracking details and no updates. Wish I’d read the reviews first. I’ve emailed them and no response. Looks like I will be making a claim against them

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM LAMODA! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE POOR QUALITY AND LOOK CHEAP. IF YOU TRY TO RETURN A PRODUCT THEY GIVE YOU A FAKE RETURN LABEL AND CLAIM THEY NEVER GOT YOUR RETURN! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS UNHELPFUL SO DON’T EVEN BOTHER. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP AT ANOTHER RELIABLE SHOP LIKE EGO OR PUBLIC DESIRE.

Love their shoes! They are so comfortable and stylish! If you want a pair of heels that won’t hurt your feet all day&night, I recommend you with all my sincerely LAMODA shoes,any kind. I will def buy more for any different occasions.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service. I ordered boots in Australia on Monday night and they arrived here on Thursday!? Not even a week later! Amazing! The boots are great quality, ever so snug around the calf, and I sized up one size to have room in warm weather. Awesome awesome. P.S can’t wait to wear them to the Eras Tour 🩷🩷

obsessed !!! bought the ‘adore you’ platform ankle boots last year and they are SO comfortable ! wore them all day without being in much pain and are easy to walk in ! can’t wait to purchase with them again !! <3

I’ve found the whole experience very distressing. I bought a dress from La Moda di Greta. It took ages to arrive (around 4weeks) and when it did, the dress was extremely poor quality. I wrote to the help desk and they told me to send it back to a completely different address than the one on their website, all the way in the Solomon Islands. They also told me it had to get there with 2 weeks. I’ve since been sent an email from La Moda UK, asking me to review the item. Have I been had?

I love my boots. I’ve had them for some time now. They get so many compliments and are very comfortable ♥️♥️

I’ve purchased a few different pairs of boots from La moda now & honestly never had an unpleasant experience thus far🤞🏼. I’ve always gotten a size US 7 & they seem to all be a perfect fit. Comfortable. Cute. Get them. They usually always have a deal going on too so very decently priced for the quality so far!

I bought these boots with high expectations and they were exceeded. I´m from Colombia and I am very happy to be able to have a pair of La Moda to build a style and feel better. The quality is extraordinary and the best of all is its comfort. I love it

I've been trying to get in contact with La moda regarding a shoe that broken after maximum 15 wears (6 months old). I was hoping for some advice or perhaps a replacement rubber. Instead I have sent 3 messages and a DM and not even had an acknowledgement. Last time I purchase from them and definitely not going to reccom
