Please please do not order from this site. I have not received my items and I have not been able to talk to anyone. This is a scam

If you read the reviews some of the are exactly the same wording would indicate staff or friends of the company writing good reviews....

cheap zipper and material , hard to get an exchange kept getting the run around for a week, the contact number is invalid because no body answers, finally I just asked for a refund after 9 emails with my desired exchange item including a detailed picture and measurements of their product. Not to mention I had contact with more than 5 people and no one point of contact. Customer service just because you respond "with the same question" does not mean you actually resolved a problem. I will never order from them again ladies PLEASE do your homework. Oh the return shipping you eat but thats fine as long as I get my money back.

I Ordered a top. Took forever to arrive, when it came sizing was awful, far far to small. Quality of item was good just poor sizing. Refunding the item also cost me a further £7 to return to Germany and that’s not tracked. Would not order from here again as costly and misleading

i ordered 2 dresses, they look completely different from picture. i have send them back and now i still waiting since 2 months of my money.
don't order here the quality is bad, its not like picture and you don't get your money back. very unprofessional

ordered a dress for xmas ,still not received it ! ive emailed 3 times with the same response "thank you for ur patience " ...ive asked for a refund as the dress was for xmas at a push new years eve to be told it has bin shipped and i will receive trackin number once it arrives in the uk ! disgustin company and would NEVER recommend them to anyone !!

This was my first time ordering and it was not good. Besides the dress not being delivered on the regular expected date, it was late and after New Year's, which is the reason I ordered the dress. In the pics the dress looks silver, but the dress is actually brown with cheap rhinestones. The dress came with several tips and rhinestones missing. Definitely not worth $55.

First off this site is a total fraud... as described they send out items one by one and there are no updates or status of the shippings. It takes Longer than a month to ship oh and lets not forget to mention lady fit is just another name for another chinese brand that went bust - the clothes are not exactly what you see and it wasnt until i mentioned REFUND they advised me a month later my items were being shipped. However no tracking number provided. Its a shambles please do not order from here! Please do not! Spend your dollars locally.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. ORDERED THROUGH PAY PAL. TOOK A MONTH TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AND ONLY ONE ITEM IS BEING SHIPPED OUT OF MULTIPLE ITEMS AND ONE IS MISSING, HAD TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH PAY PAL. ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED WAY OFF.WHEN I CONTACTED THE SELLER SHE SAID SHE DID NOT SEND MY OTHER ITEM BECAUSE I OPENED A DISPUTE AND SHE IS NOT GOING TO SEND IT NOR MY REFUND!

This is a website that uses pictures from elsewhere on the net and then sends you an item which may look similar to the one you ordered if you’re lucky. The positive reviewers on here are fake, if you click on the number of reviews you can see that they have all reviewed the same websites. Probably owned by the same people. If you must buy from them, use PayPal.

Honestly the worst

I ordered a dress that firstly took 3 weeks to arrive, the item cost £22.00. It arrived and was nothing like described even a completely different colour and material and the postage to return has to be paid by myself to Germany so in fact to return I will be further out of pocket.

MINUS STARS 🌑 ITEM RECIEVED IS NOT ITEM PICTURED ! Complete garbage ! Obviously use fake pictures of the garments promised. Took 4 weeks to receive! Not happy at all
Very bad experience

I ordered two shirts for a holiday party. Same shirt two different sizes because I wasn't sure how they'd fit. The tracking information was only updated once (the day after I ordered the items). I received the about three weeks later. Neither fit well so I requested a return. Also, the quality of the items wasn't poor--but it wasn't great either. Like a value item marked clearance at a trendy store. The options I was given to my return request were a discount on a future order, a 20% partial refund (keeping the two items that don't fit were a part of the 1st two options) or three return both items for a full refund and pay costly postage. One of the things I like about online shopping is ease. Non of these options sits well with me. First and last time as a customer.

I.ordered something November 12th it's now the 22nd my birthday is in a few days I dont understand why it's taking so long this makes no sense to me I'm very upset at this point I just want my money back this is poor customer service

If I could give negative stars I would. First of all, the company is NOT London based. It’s a Chinese store and they don’t tell you that it takes 7-15 days to PROCESS the order before they even ship it. I ordered it on August 2 and it still has yet to leave the alleged store even though it’s now August 19. I have contacted them several times and they have insisted that it’s coming but I am going to file a dispute with my bank. This store is a scam and no one should have the misfortune of ordering from them. I’ll also be reporting them to the BBB.

If I could give minus zero i would. Terrible Company. Ordered 1 single item. On checking out it says ladifit LONDON so I am thinking ok good at least its not coming from China, As soon as you check out, you see the address is actually in CHINA!! Misleading the customer to think the store is in London. After you check out they advise the order will take 7-15 to PREPARE!? Sorry what? What do you need to prepare? Its one item lift it up put it in a box and send it.. After emailing every day unhappy with the service and everything , I got a reply telling me to be patient etc
sooo 8 days later, yes 8 days...They email me to tell me item is out of stock..So why did it take 8 days to discover it was out of stock? Why let me order it and take my money if out of stock? Any other company wont let you place an order when out of stock. SO god knows when I will ever get my item and i dread to think of the quality. Offered a refund but Id guess that would take about years to come back to. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid this Company, its been the worst experience i have ever had ordering online. Thanks for reading
