I liked the light, once it arrived. I paid a total of $32.86 for shipping. The extra $18.79 for ‘expedited’ service was not worth the expense.
I did not realize shipment of package from China to the US was not included in shipment date or that it would take 10 days for dispatching order, dates also not included toward shipping/delivery date.
Ordered 5/19/24, item ‘dispatched’ 5/29/29, FedX tracking 6/3/24 with delivery 6/7/24.

TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I am so annoyed at myself for ordering from here!! My order was only 3 items but HORRIBLY made clothes!! I was taking a chance thinking I was supporting a small business and the clothes are NOT as described, cheap, and took over a month to arrive in parts. LESSON LEARNED do NOT order from these Instagram boutiques if they are NOT in the United States!!

Took 1 month to receive the swimwear. The items were very cheap and absolutely not as pictured.

Everything is from China. They have terrible customer support. One my packages got lost, complete waste of time and money.

Spend your money elsewhere!

If I could give them zero or less, I would!!! This is a scam!!! They take your money, won't send the product, won't give a refund!!!! They just say the mask is stuck at the airport and to return it when I receive it. BUT I NEVER RECEIVE IT! Don't use this company!

Terrible! The clothes are awful; clingy, thin material that shows up all lumps and bumps. Couldn't get any response when I've emailed to ask for a refund. I have now had to contact my bank and fill out a declaration form to try to get my money back. Would not recommend to anybody!

Two months of back and forth "customer service" and still no package. Two different tracking numbers because they "felt" it would get shipped faster with a different shipper. Then they blame customs. I have no issues with other foreign packages. They will not refund my money. They keep telling me to wait just five more days. I'm done! Reported them to my bank for fraud.

Got an email 4/29/2020 saying my item has shipped and now it’s 6/5/2020 and it still just says that the shipping label was created.. I feel like I got scammed and they just took my money. I’ve tried emailing them and haven’t gotten a response. Definitely not ordering from them again!

I ordered 4 things on the 27/3/2020. 3 of them came 1 month later and in cheap material but it was okay. 1 i havent received it till now. i texted them like 6 times and they always say look with the tracking nummer and there is still the same text from 31/3/2020 that my order is “in the plane”. im so angry. you should buy somewhere you know you really will receive it

I ordered a simple lingerie set and still have yet to receive it. When I checked their site the 1st time it said it was sent out, checked it again and it said my order was completed , now it will not show me any info on their website, like as if I never ordered from them! This site is fraud and complete and utter bullsh*t!

Been waiting since 4/27 for sleeve masks. Spent $40 and charged an international fee on top of that. Today is 5/21, still no masks. SCAM!!!!!

I believe this is a Chinese site that is probably why they took my money and didn't send my mask of the American flag.
Total fake site. Don't use!

I bought a dress for my birthday and 1st of all it came in late day after my birthday.ok that I can understand but 2nd of all the dress is from poor quality and it costs me 33 euros was more like a 10 euro dress that I preferly wouldn't buy. 3rd of all its see through where its not suppose to be you can see my underwear. The see through part is not the right skin colour I can not wear this in public its a SCAMM

Do not order from this website!!!! the dress I ordered looked so nice online but when it came the material was cheap and a different colour to what I was expecting. I asked the company about this and they said I ordered the dress in khaki- I didn’t I ordered in brown but funnily enough they don’t even stock it in khaki so who knows where they got that from. I requested a refund to which I was given “2 options and reply 1 or 2” a 10 USD credit for the website and keep the item or 20% refund and keep the item. I followed up with an email that I wanted a full refund and I didn’t want any of their alternative options. I finally received a returns label to which costs £11 to return and they said they do not cover this cost. Please don’t give them your custom as nice as the products look from my experience they are not!

Very unhappy about this company still waiting for my refund sent the top long time ago .
Sent 3 emails no response.
The top was completely different than on the picture .

FALSE COMPANY...FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD..ORDERED 3/4/2020. NO INFORMATION REGARDING ITEM ON SITE. I NEVER RECEIVED ITEM

FRAUD AND FAKE REVIEWS!

I ordered a skirt from them which arrived faulty. I posted it back at my own expense using signed for delivery (to Germany), delivered on the 15th Jan. I am still chasing my refund!!

If yo complain via live chat they will disconnect you. Luckily I paid with PayPal, claiming money back.

Stay away and don't bother xx

Please, my advice is don’t buy anything from ladifit. They don’t help you and when you try to complain about something they disconnected the chat and you can’t complain anymore.

THIS DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. LADIFIT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. THEIR GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE & YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS, NOR A REFUND. EVERYONE NEEDS TO HELP ME GET RID OF THIS ACCOUNT. PLEASE REPORT IT AND DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ANOTHER INNOCENT PERSONS' MONEY.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AND IF YOU DO, PLEASE USE PAYPAL!!! Absolutely awful, still no goods after a month from date of payment, applied for a refund as no reply from their google email they originally sent confirming order from. Thankfully I paid by PayPal! PayPal contacted the company and the reply received was the factory was closed for holiday.
