Ordered a ladder Friday evening, paid next day delivery so would expect at the latest it would be delivered Tuesday. No one contacted me regarding delivery (despite being told when I spoke to someone they had emailed me). I ring up, eventually get through and get told 'over a weekend it's gone out of stock'.. then all ladders are out of stock and non can be delivered next day.. thanks for wasting my time. Why advertise a service you cant provide?

Update, refund recieved, though after being confronted regarding this review being 1 star... I was prepared to discuss changing the rating and I was hung up on. Therefore 1 star remains. Work on your customer service skills.

Ordered 3 weeks ago ,,, still no ladders, customer service has been non existent, trying to get a refund as no longer want to deal with these as the only response i had was to say my ladders would be with me in 3 to 4 working days this has now been 8 including a weekend i can't give feedback on quality as no ladder to feedback on ! i can only feedback on customer service which is terrible ... avoid unless you have no other option Ladders & Access i will be leaving feedback on all forums terrible service and advice ... be honest and upfront from the off the the customer decide not you deceive and think all will just be ok ...

This is the first time that I have used Ladders & Access and I would definitely use them again. The ladders that I ordered were not in stock at the time of ordering, but Andy kept me informed and they arrived exactly when he said they would. It was very refreshing not to have to chase for information and to speak to somebody who knew what they were talking about. Full marks for customer service.

Ordered two Little Giant ladders on two separate days, on free delivery (3-5 days). Both turned up next days before 9. Great bonus.
