Lovely bright rug! Makes a real difference to my rather dull looking lounge. It’s thin as expected but for what I needed it for it’s perfect. You definitely need a gripper though if it’s being laid on laminate or wood flooring. They do recommend you get that however I wanted to be sure I was happy with the rug first.

Fantastic Rugs! Looks great and feels lovely underfoot. Was surprised how it fit in a box but this shows how compact it is and how it can be machine washable. Excellent customer service. Ready to answer all questions and queries. So happy with my purchase I bought another one!! Worth the money!

Over the years I have bought almost 10 rugs from Kukoon, and I have loved every single one!
As a company Kukoon is incredible, they are reliable, fast to deliver and extremely helpful.
This rug however was a massive disappointment. The fabric is extremely light, almost like a cloth on the ground, that could easily rip. It doesn't have a rug look or texture. The colour is a lot darker than in the pictures and the structure/edges of the rug are not straight.

Honestly, what an incredible Company Kukoon are.
I ordered yesterday and it arrived today (Via Amazon though) My Rugs are just amazing.... better I would say than Ruggable/Teppana) and whoever does your marketing is just fabulous.... excellent humour.

Rugs are good quality. Cushion covers fell apart after 6ish months. They have sent out replacements but customer service were a bit rude (called me a Karen 🤣)

rug was not as expected or advertised. Was all folded up in a box so had loads of creases that did not fall out when laid flat. Also the rug was uneaven and did not have straight edges so looked lopsided on the floor

Very pleased with the rug. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It flattened out easily with no curled corners. The photographs on the Kukoon website gave an accurate idea of the texture and colour.

Rug is perfect. Exactly how it is in the picture and matches perfectly with our decor. However, the size of rug I chose is actually 10cm bigger on the width and length despite the online measurements. We have made it fit though by pushing it under the radiator cover so all is ok.

This is the 4th rug I have bought from Kukoon. All the rugs have been very good quality and a excellent value for money. Delivery is very swift. I highly recommend.
