heat protection spray for…
I bought heat protection spray for synthetic hair and it works a treat. Removed all of the frizzy ends and looks like new again. Recommend product and seller as good price and quick delivery aswell

don’t accept returns
really good at replying to emails.. but didn’t get an option to return.. my wig was too small , my first one so didn’t really know what size… i’m stuck with a wig that doesn’t fit!

You said in your email to us after you received your order that you had ordered a large wig. As we said in our response to you the wig you ordered is an average size cap and this information is in the product description on the website. I'm not sure why you were expecting a large cap. We discussed your order prior to us dispatching it as your original colour choice was out of stock for some time and you chose an alternative. At no point during our correspondence did you mention you needed a large cap.
Our returns policy is available to view on our website and you agreed to the terms of sale at the checkout when you placed the order. We do urge, as per any online purchase from any retailer, that customers take the opportunity to discover important aspects of their purchase before placing their order.
Should you need any assistance prior to placing a future order please do get in touch.

Fabulous service, bought a Belle Tress topper it came quickly, and I was so pleased with it I bought 4 more. Everyone has been commenting on how nice my hair looks, the topper is so natural looking ,nobody has guessed I am wearing a little help to make it look that way.
