Do not buy from these people

I bought a lymphatic massager- the “viral” one for your face. I got 2 for $24.90 and paid for it in March 19th. On March 26th I was charged an additional $49.99. I reached out multiple times and finally got a reply - the $49.99 is for a monthly VIP membership that was automatically charged to me because of the “promotional deal” for the face massager. I told them to cancel everything and refund me. They told me they could not do that because the $49.99 is in their terms and conditions. I told them it was very shady to have this fee that is no where on my receipt and not charged at the same time. They said sorry for the inconvenience. This place is a money grab - even if the product is good no way should they secretly charge you $50 a month for anything. And very shady that the charges comes 7 days later.

Ordered the facial brush on the 24/03/26 for £18.74. Still waiting for that item. But, on the 1/4/26 this company helped themselves through my bank account to a further £37.72 for an order I had not placed. Contacted them via email a couple times no reply from them.
Got to wait 15 days to get that money back to claim a dispute with my bank.
Scammers.
I placed these orders on YouTube.
Never place an order from any adverts shown on YouTube.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a product that was supposed to be on sale for $4.99 with free shipping. They charged $9.99 for the product and another $9.99 for the shipping. The charge for almost $20 hit my bank account on 03/18 (ordered the 17th). Then on 03/25 they applied a $49.99 fee?! I have emailed the company at least 7 or 8 times so far with no response. I called my bank as soon as I saw the $49.99 charge and filed a fraud complaint. Also, I have not received what I ordered yet.
Do not give this company any of your financial information!

Beware!

Beware!! This company will steal your money. I purchased a 1 time duo pack of lymphatic brushes. After that purchase they kept on taking "recurring payments " out of my account which wasn't authorized at all by me. AVOID IT'S A SCAM AND MULTIPLE PAYMENTS

AVOID! SCAMMERS Be careful! EXACTLY as stated here on other reviews, ads appear on YouTube or Instagram and they get you to buy a gua sha only to take your card details and take more payments which then takes time to dispute. The order never arrives. Be careful as they reassure you that your order is going through. Then they stop answering.

The face brush never arrived

The face brush never arrived, they then tried to charge me $49.99. Luckily, this was picked up by my bank and stopped. However, the fraud team couldn’t deal with it as they said I had unexpectedly signed up to a subscription. The dispute team are dealing with it. This site is fraudulent in my eyes.
Don’t buy from them. I’ll go back to my you tube lymphatic face draining routine… which does the job just fine.

Watch your bank account carefully

I have still not got the face brush that I purchased a few weeks ago from Kojiva. This may be a slow delivery item, so the jury is still out on the receipt of the product itself, but now having read other reports on Trustpilot about Kojiva, it appears that I may not get the brush at all and if I do it may be poor quality and not work as advertised.

However, my report is to warn others that Kojiva have tried to take £49.99 out of my account this morning, similar to the reports of others I have just read. Fortunately my bank did not let the payment go through and advised me that as my card has been compromised by a third party, my bank have had to cancel my payment card and issue a new one which will take 3-4 days to receive. So far a very unsatisfactory experience from Kojiva. .

Kojiva ads on YouTube are scams

They deducted $29.85 from account on 3/21/26, the correct amount of the purchase. Then a week later on 3/28/26 they attempted to deduct (without my consent) $49.99 from my account. Fortunately, it was declined each time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. BTW: So far the product has not arrived.
