I placed an order for 2 brushes. They came, which is surprising. 34.95. Ok. Then i check my bank and 49.99 has come out twice. Ive reached out to the company to no avail. And the brushes are no different than the ones I got from amazon for 18.

SCAM UNAUTHORISED MONEY TAKEN Beware of Kojiva they are deceptive between Amy & Erika the robots whom responded to emails in their so called customer service see my email:

Cancel this original order ASAP
due to your company going into my account today and creating an unauthorised purchase for the sum of £37.43 today date?
My original order was placed 19/03/26 which I added 1 extra brush as part of your deal and still is not confirmed for delivery.

I have contacted my bank and zilch to notify them that your company is fraudulent.
I will also take to social media and Trustpilot review to notify others this is a scam.

Massive subscription scam

I ordered the facial contour brushes, which I have no complaint about, they are lovely to use. What is NOT lovely is the fact that after purchasing them (for £25-30 so NOT cheap) I was then charged a further £38! I was told I’d signed up for some vip BS subscription, so I could buy more crap, cheaper.
At NO point was I made aware I was signing up for any further charges or nonsense and I would never have knowingly done so

this is a massive scam and subscription info must be hidden away so while you act like a normal person and BUY one item - assuming this is all you are involving yourself in - they are quietly signing you up for any further charges outrageous and expensive scam

I am currently demanding a refund

It is a breach of the Consumer’s Rights Act 2015 & the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 for a company to sign you up for a subscription without clear consent.

Waited a month for 2 facial contour…

Waited a month for 2 facial contour brushes and never received them. I emailed kojiva, they said it was delivered but it was not. Ups tracking doesn't recognize tracking number, and no pictures of drop off location.
Can't get a refund very disappointed.

This website is a SCAM

This website is a SCAM. They charged me $29.99 and never send me a confirmation email or the product. I wrote them an email but never heard back. Two weeks later, they charged me $49.99 for absolutely no reason. Again, no email confirmation from them or response to my email or the actual product. I filed a dispute with my credit card. Stay away from this scam.

do NOT buy

do not buy, similar to everyone else, no confirmation email, loads of emails to deceive me into thinking i didn’t complete the transaction and to pay again, then they try and take £38 every other day from my account, oh and my products not arrived yet, scamming dirty tramps

UPDATE - they replied with some rubbish lie, because the same day they sent the reply about new management they tried to take £38 from my account again

I previously wrote a review on my experience with this company. Not a good one either. With that being said I retract my previous comments. My package was finally delivered even though you never would had known I had anything coming. The lack of communicating and being more focused on basically tricking you into buying another product with the over load of incomplete purchase emails and texts received. I rate a 3 star only because the product actually showed up. The quality well I would say it looks nice. So that is my final comment on this. Will not order anything else from with the time wasted to try and figure out what east going on.

Been charged over £38 twice over the…

Been charged over £38 twice over the last two days and not received the lymphatic brush I originally paid £22 for two months ago. Total scam I would not purchase from them. Now going through the hassle of getting my money back. The reply below does not fill me with confidence as I have been in contact with them already yesterday and been informed that the charges are for a subscription that I never signed up for. The reply below seems like a delaying tactic. I have now raised the issue with my bank for all of the charges.

I wish that I’d read some of the…

I wish that I’d read some of the reviews before I ordered their Lymphatic drainage brush.
I did receive the product - which I was charged £23 for (it’s not worth the money by the way). They didn’t send an email confirming the order though, so I didn’t receive an order number or details about delivery.
I was also horrified to find that 1 week after charging me for the brush, they took £39 on the Monday AND the Tuesday of the same week.
They have responded saying I signed up for a subscription, which I definitely didn’t do and there is no mention of it at any point in the order process.
Please BEWARE of buying from this company.

Thieves!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I warn you now, do not buy from this place. They keep taking money from my account. 3times!!! After the first one they said they signed me up to a subscription, which I did NOT know about nor ask for. They said they would cancel it, ignoring my refund request, and have taken a further 2 payments from my account. I’ve had to now block my card. Thieving ba****ds!!! AVOID. Fuming 😡

THIS IS A SCAMMER

I placed an order through YouTube advertisement for a lymphatic brush from Kojiva, they didn’t only charge me for the brush but also a subscription fee of $49.99 which was never mentioned on their website and worst of all I have never received the brush!!!

Kojiva/Kojeva/Kowhatever is a Scam

Kojiva/Kojeva - buyers beware! One week after purchase they charged my card $49.99. I sent email to have it refunded. They claimed it's a subscription (there was no mention of any subscription a the time of purchase). They stated the subscription fee is not refundable and that they cancelled further charges. Well, the next day they charged my card again $49.99. I asked why was I charged, the response: “for membership”, I have not signed up for any membership, nor subscriptions. I’ve been sending emails to Amy/Erika @ kojiva for the past few days. I have called my bank to dispute the charges and changed my card. As of today, 2 unauthorized charges for $49.99 each, have been finally refunded. I’ve received the product 2 days ago that I ordered on April 11th which was priced at $40,00 with feee shipping, however I was charged $4.95 for the shipping fee. The tracking nr is not USPS, I’ve never in my life had such terrible experience with any other website or merchant. Charging people for made up memberships or subscriptions is just evil. Let people buy what they need to buy and call it a day. Don’t impose made up subscriptions or memberships.
