Kojivashop.com is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! STAY AWAY from these Chinese SCAMMERS!!!!
We placed an order and have NOT received anything from them! They keep saying it's on the way.
Today, as we checked our account, we found out that we have another two UNAUTHORIZED pending charges on the card, for the same amount each that they charged us initially! No honest, reputable company charges a client repeatedly without their consent!
BIG RED FLAG ALERT!!!
We suggest that you STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY as if they were the PLAGUE because THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE PLAGUE !!! They are stealing people's money!!!
As of today, canceled the card and disputed the charges from this company with the bank, and now I have to wait for a new card!

SCAM WARNING!!

SCAM WARNING!!! A week after purchasing one their brushes, I had an unauthorised charge in my account for $49 from Kojiva. They claimed it was for Kojiva club membership I had subscribed, however I didn’t subscribe to anything, and revisited the purchasing screen/ process to confirm: there was NO MENTION of any membership, or any authorisation for ongoing charges. Soon after, on the samae day! there was another charge of the same amount, after they received my email contesting the first unauthorised charge. I had to get my bank to intervene to stop them from continuing to charge. THEY REPLIED TO MY REVIEW HERE WITH A GENERIC MESSAGE SAYING THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND ASKED ME TO EMAIL THEM. I DID. NO REPLY. SCAMMERS. Don’t fall for it.

Unscrupulous chancers

This company uses dishonest and unscrupulous methods to get your money. When ordering a product it didn't appear to work, i went through the order process a second time, same thing happened. I got no confirmation emails or acknowledgement of order, so assumed it hadn't worked. Then i checked my account and there were 2 amounts of money leaving my account. I emailed company and the response was basically it was too late as both orders were already processed and also they claimed I signed up for a monthly subscription, which i definitely did not!
I threatened to contact trading standards about them so they ' cancelled' my subscription!
They already fleeced my account for an order that i still have no confirmation of and which I doubt will ever arrive!
AVOID this company it is a scam!

Contact your bank.

SCAM.
What you need to do is contact your bank/credit card company ASAP. My bank was familiar with this scam company. They issued me a refund right away, contacted the company, and KOJIVA refunded me right away. It must scare them when the banks get involved.
I urge you to do this. This company is well-known for scamming. Good luck to you all!

SCAM AVOID AVOID

SCAM! Same as all the other reviews. KOJIVA (with an I) are posing as KOJEVA (with an E) and sending copied, unbranded products (I actually received mine although it looks like plenty haven't). They never charged my bank for the original purchase, instead consistently took 4 lots of $49.99 from my bank under a pseudo subscription service. Which I have no record of signing up to. My bank has refunded me the money but just avoid at all costs. I hope this extra review helps some avoid the hassle. I really can't see why it's worth all the hassle!

Its a Scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. This is a classic subscription trap. I bought a facial brush for €21 and, 8 days later, they charged an unauthorized €43.69 'VIP Subscription' fee.

The branding is also a lie (Bait and Switch). Their website shows high-quality 'Kojiva' branded products, but I received a generic, unbranded $2 item shipped from a Chinese logistics provider (Wanb Express) via Madrid.

They operate under multiple names like Kojiva and Kojeva to hide their track record. I have already reported them to my bank and local authorities. Avoid at all costs!

Also, no they're not under new management, just another lie. They said on an email they would refund me for the subscription and they didn't, if you orderer from them, first- cancel your card, then go to the police to make a complaint (take as much proof as possible) and lastly go to your bank to get your money back. OH, and please give them awful reviews everywhere, even social media if you see ads from them, warn people!!!

The same experience as all of the actual people on here - scammed and taken advantage of.
Made a purchase that I never received or even received confirmation for, a week later my bank fortunately blocked the following charge of 49.99 that I was never informed would be taken.
I’ve blocked the card now just in case these scammers have shared my details elsewhere or want to try and take further advantage.

A SCAM

Scam... The conformation email I got had a tracking number that is fake. The email also said they would notify me when it was shipped. That was 2 weeks ago. Checked my bank account, a recurring payment for $42, with a second recurring for $14 on the same day! From Kojeva. So googled them and realize I was dumb and got scammed. Its a lazy loser with no morals or respect for others who decide to make a living scamming people who are hard working contributing members of society. Karma catches up

They are scammers

They are scammers! You can get better facial lymphatic drainage brushes from Amazon.
I purchased their brush on 3/31/26 for $29.99 and it is now 4/8/26 and I have yet to receive any order confirmation. However, what I did receive was a charge of $49.99 for subscription to their VIP service which I didn’t sign up for. So in total, I was scammed out of almost $80 with no proof of purchase other than my bank statement and then charged again for a felonious subscription and still have no product
When I contacted them about their scamming they told me that the subscription is non refundable and will not address the issue of me not receiving my product or invoice.
Big time scamming company.
Please do not respond to this post about your under new management. Respond with a refund.

Today they charged me the same amount again. Although it was a one off purchase. I spoken to them. After reading other reviews on here, I contacted my bank, who confirmed there was a subscription on my account. Total scam!!

Total scam!!! Stay away! I never received the product I ordered and paid for, and to make matters worse, they continue attempting to process additional unauthorized charges on my account. My bank flagged the unauthorized transactions. I'm also taking further legal actions in this matter. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shady business. Extremely disappointing and concerning experience.

Update: 4/12/26. No product, no money back received! Their automated responses to the complaints are pathetic. STAY AWAY from these crooks! Otherwise, you’ll end up paying for thin air!

This is a scam

This is a scam. I did not receive the product I ordered. Furthermore, two weeks after placing the order, another payment was taken from my account. This was a unauthorised payment. My bank has blocked further payments.
Update 06.04.26:
I have just received a cut and paste response from Kojiva claiming they are under new management.
This again is a KOJIVA SCAM.
They have not replied to my emails and have not delivered the product I ordered.
Kojiva have also taken unauthorised money from my account.
Do not buy from Kojiva.
I have lost over £50 on this scam.
BEWARE.

Don’t be fooled by the sudden upsurge…

ALERT! Don’t be fooled by the sudden upsurge of positive reviews. Since they became aware of the negative reviews, they have their own team writing positive reviews. What a scam again. There is no management/staff change. They are still going on with fraud and conning. They don’t reply to emails. They still haven’t refunded the money to anyone. The company is still trying to deduct unauthorised multiple payments. My bank has blocked them and started a legal procedure.
