everything has been smooth since we signed up and so far it is looking good- it is still early days but it is as expected.

Innovative product which uses technology to charge me based on car’s usage. Can see my trips through the app which is helpful to become more aware of my driving and ultimately to help me further decrease my kilometres.

Responded promptly to my request and made the changes that needed to be done

Great tech based car insurance company that charges based on the mileage you use. Don’t drive as much as I used to with working from home and have netted out with a much more competitive rate on my annual premium. Simply plugs into a socket under your steering wheel and can track manage through well design app. Highly recommend. Have had insurance in place for last 9months with no problems - customer service excellent too.

Simple to join, uncomplicated processes, item to plug into car arrived ahead of time. Just had to plug it in. App downloads without issue. Tracking how much you are paying is in real time. Very, very competitive, a joy to use.

Great product that charges based on how much you ACTUALLY travel. Really seamless and easy sign up process too.

I found the experience absolutely fantastic. Quick and simple. I had a couple of issues rang up spoke to Mel who was absolutely wonderful helped me sort out the issues.

I'm not sure how the whole customer experience with Koba will go. So far, so good.

Great concept especially if you have a car that sits around for a lot of the time!
Please note - you will need your temporary password to login in to the app, the team emailed this to you a few days earlier so you may have forgotten about it ;)
Also please note - the device works by utilizing an inbuilt SIM card - uses this to track via GPS (NOT your phone's GPS) so there is no need to connect the device to your phone using Bluetooth. Extra benefit - if the car gets stolen you can track its location.
Excellent customer service from the KOBA team who made an effort to contact me to explain all of the above.

I am considering koba but all I see here is reviews of sign-up and setup.
What's their actual claims process like ?
How difficult are they to deal with when trying to action a claim ?

I think it is an excellent concept, as I walk to work Monday to Friday. I only use my car for the supermarket or on the weekends occasionally.

Seamless experience so far. The app is easy to use, the device for the car arrived in a timely manner and the PDS was relatively straightforward.
