Honestly so pleasantly surprised with their service. Everything went very smoothly with our house sale. Unfortunately our purchase fell through at the last minute but if it wasn’t for their diligence we could be in a much more sticky situation. We will definitely use them again asap when we find a new place. Rachel in particular has been excellent.

Nathan (Case Handler) & Aminah (Nathan's Assistant) – an exceptional team who genuinely went above and beyond
I don't give praise lightly, particularly when it comes to conveyancing. I am 60 years old, have bought a number of properties over the years and know only too well how frustrating the process can sometimes be. I can honestly say, however, that my experience with Nathan, our case handler, and Aminah, his assistant, at Knight Richardson was exceptional.
We had rather unusual circumstances surrounding my niece's purchase and needed to exchange and complete very quickly. Once I explained the situation and the urgency involved, Nathan and Aminah genuinely pulled out all the stops.
Nathan was so good that I eventually nicknamed him Superman!
His communication was outstanding. He kept in touch with me virtually every day, spoke directly with the estate agents and other solicitors, chased matters when necessary and constantly kept us informed. On numerous occasions I would think, "I need to chase Nathan about that," only to discover an email from him already sitting in my inbox. He was frequently one step ahead of me.
He is approachable, professional, ethical and, importantly, he actually listens. He doesn't interrupt, he understands what you are asking and then does exactly what he says he is going to do. He even dealt with matters during his lunch hour when he certainly wasn't expected to.
And behind Nathan was the absolutely wonderful Aminah.
What an exceptionally courteous, empathetic and reassuring lady. Messages were never forgotten, queries were followed up and there were no false promises. If Nathan happened to be out of the office and something needed attention, Aminah wouldn't simply tell me that I would have to wait for his return. She would find somebody who could help and make sure the matter continued to progress.
That gave me enormous confidence. I knew that between Nathan and Aminah, nothing was going to be forgotten or simply left sitting in someone's inbox.
Aminah is patient, approachable and extremely professional, but what particularly stood out was her ability to reassure. During what could have been an incredibly stressful transaction, she made me feel that everything possible was being done. She is an absolute trooper and a major asset to Knight Richardson.
What also impressed me was that this wasn't simply two individuals working independently. They worked as a team. When circumstances required people to act quickly, they did. Estate agents were contacted, solicitors were chased, messages were passed on and we were kept informed.
And ultimately, they made it happen.
In an age where conveyancing can sometimes feel frustratingly slow and communication can be difficult, Knight Richardson reminded me what excellent professional service actually looks like.
Good conveyancing isn't simply about choosing the cheapest quotation. You're trusting somebody with one of the largest and most stressful transactions you will ever undertake. For the level of communication, professionalism, reassurance and sheer effort we received, Knight Richardson were worth every penny we paid them. In our experience, they earned their fee tenfold.
If you're a first-time buyer and nervous about the process, or you've bought and sold many properties before, I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend them.
My confidence in Nathan, Aminah and Knight Richardson was 100%, and without a shadow of a doubt they will be my first choice when I need conveyancing services again.
Nathan and Aminah — thank you. You were an extraordinary team and you absolutely had our backs from beginning to end.

I can’t thank the team at Knight Richardson enough for making the sale of my home and purchase of my new home such a smooth and stress-free experience. Moving can be a pretty daunting process, but they have been so helpful, professional and supportive throughout, and I’ve really appreciated all their hard work.
A special thank you to Hasan, who has been absolutely brilliant and a real pleasure to deal with. He has always been approachable, helpful and kept everything moving along, which made such a difference.
This is actually the second time I’ve used Knight Richardson, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I’ve also recommended them to my sister, which says everything really! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you all so much for making the whole experience so much easier!

I couldn’t recommend Knight Richardson highly enough. They handled the sale of my flat, which ended up being a more complicated and lengthy transaction than expected, and I was incredibly impressed with Adam’s team throughout.
A special thank you to Rachel Inman, who was absolutely fantastic. The buyer’s solicitors were particularly difficult to deal with, with repeated enquiries and a lot of chasing required, but Rachel was consistently professional, patient and incredibly efficient. She always turned things around very quickly, kept everything moving from our side and was clear and reassuring whenever I had questions.
Carys Brooks was also excellent during completion and kept me well informed throughout the final stages.
A big thank you to Rachel, Carys and Adam’s team for getting the sale over the line and for how professionally and efficiently everything was handled throughout.

For our house move, although we have some change of solicitors due to pat leave etc... everyone on the case knew what was going on and moved it forward to exchange and completion. Could always get through on the phone easily.

My wife and I purchased our first property two weeks ago, and Adam himself and his team -Carys, Niamh and Annabel- have been absolutely great to work with. Swiftly responding to my detailed questions from the initial stages and solicitor enuiries later on, all the way through to completion. As first-time buyers, the process can feel daunting at times, but Knight Richardson has been a highly experienced and reliable conveyancing company to have on your side. Thank you again.

me & my boyfriend bought our first house this march. we’re first time buyers with no chain so it should have been as easy as could be. knight richardson were the opposite of what i’d want in a solicitor and i wouldn’t use them again. here is a list as to why:
- went WEEKS without an update and even our mortgage advisor was shocked at the amount of time we hadn’t heard anything and told us don’t be afraid to chase. this was all new for us and we didn’t know what to expect.
- waiting went on for so long that the people we were buying the house from were at risk of their mortgage offer running out and the whole sale falling through. a war had just started (feb/march 2026) and they knew they wouldn’t get the same rate again.
- paid them the first amount and they asked for an extra £5?? said they “got the amount wrong” and no other explanation for such a small random payment. doesn’t seem very professional at all.
- when i rang to confirm bank details they were very rude on the phone and said i didn’t need to call - when i had literally just received an email asking me to call them to confirm their bank details.
- didn’t mention our garden being a separate title till we asked where it was on the title. again, so sloppy with details.
- ‘final review’ had no information in it, we found out most of it afterwards.
- had a couple of days (literally less than a week) to sort everything before the sellers mortgage fell through and THEN they started asking questions about money which we had sent the information through for months before. they had copies of things and were asking for them again because they obviously hadn’t looked at them when they asked for them originally / misplaced them. it was a mad rush in the end and we ended up all moving on the day it closed. we moved in on the thursday and we didn’t even know if we were moving at all on the wednesday. insane. have been told by absolutely everyone that i know who is a homeowner that this is crazy. so unorganised and extra stressful for an already stressful time.
- most of the time they would only respond to my partner (male). just ignored me completely until he sent the same email. didn’t go unnoticed.
- kept saying we didn’t need things when we wanted documents for our own personal records. however it makes complete sense to have copies of these things for the future if you’re organised.
- now the one that got me the most; we ended up speaking basically through the estate agents to the sellers to get it moving. i found out information about the fixtures & fittings and told knight richardson. days later when we asked for an update because they kept ignoring us; THEY QUOTED ME BACK TO ME like they were telling me new information they just found out. word for word copied and pasted from my original email but obviously didn’t look who’d sent it. just lies to get us to stop chasing when we were fully in our right to when we had less than a week to make the sale go through.
- we did most of the chasing for him (nathan) and yet we paid them - make it make sense. the estate agent (michael anthony) told us they weren’t hearing back from knight richardson but atleast we were replying so they knew it was happening. communication was terrible.
beware is all i can say!
Abdul took over our case and turned this around imminently. With very pushy sellers and solicitors from the other party, he helped us deliver and push this case through no matter what obstacle was thrown at him he handled it well and communication was above and beyond. Thank you for all your help and support, would highly recommend.
