Impressed with website and product but courier absolutely diabolical. No communication and unable to contact in any shape or form. Knall customer services of no help only contactable by email and no attempt by them to speed up delivery. Courier attempted delivery to a business address at 4.30pm on a Sunday afternoon and I didn’t see the shutter until 15 days later. Knall implies they use international couriers like DPD, TNT and UPS of which they clearly didn’t use with our delivery.

Gave Knall an ultimatum to deliver by the weekend two weeks later after first delivery attempt or would demand a refund. No response from customer services just a phone call from courier who claimed he would deliver over weekend but needless to say didn’t arrive. Turned up on Monday!

Won’t be using Knall again as missed a deadline to have product fitted purely down to courier service. Can’t put up with this sort of service.

Product good, time manufacturing no so, the only gripe I had was the instructions for the tape pulley system was no where near what you had to do to make it workable, the sizing and overall finish of the components spot on, the communication was on point also

I was very impressed with the roller blind and it was excellent value. In every step of the way in dealing with the company has been faultless. The blind was easy to install and the installation notes were very useful.
The product was of good quality and at a very competitive price - most impressed.

We ordered some roller shutters which last week arrived in a van. The online ordering system is very easy to use and if you read their instructions they tell you exactly how to measure (ie that the sizes you put in have to include the guides and the top box). The delivery was quicker than promised. The shutters seem of very good quality and everything was correct with our order and they have now been installed and look great! Will definitely use again when needed.

It’s a well made unit but not the size I was expecting. The opening is 1200mm. It is to be surface mounted so that the full 1200 opening is available.
The casing is 1200 but the shutter is only 1120. These are the sizes of an internally mounted unit which isn’t what I ordered. It’s really very disappointing.

Been waiting to pay for my order for 2 months. Was told I would be sent a Paypal link after placing my order so I could pay. I have chased them twice and still not been sent anything. If it is this difficult to even pay, imagine if there is a problem with my order!! At least I know now, rather than later.

Product arrived very quickly. Fitted in doorway perfectly. Quality of product very suspect. Very delicate and flimsy. Worked fine for a day or so, then things started to go wrong. A few of the laths came away. On inspection I can honestly say that the material used is very thin. I contacted the company and was told that the product was delivered in satisfactory condition so basically tough luck. I then asked for the parts to repair them, but all correspondence ended with them not replying. I then found out that~Knall is just a middle man. They have no service, no parts or no help if product goes wrong. Stay away.

I decided to buy and fit my own roller shutters at my shop. Great price, great product, easy install.

Terrible service, we have been waiting nearly 3 months for our order. They lied and send it was being delivered, then said its been posted which again it wasnt. We are trying to get a refund but no luck so far.

We are very pleased with our exterior, electric roller shutters. They are ideal for added security, insulation and privacy to our summerhouse. The customer service with this company was fabulous. In particular Kamila who made sure we had the correct colours and parts. A big thank you to her and Knall. We will look at this company first in the future, should we need further products.

Easy to use Web site made ordering easy. Even when the delivery van broke down they called and kept me up to date and made sure my delivery got here on the day I was told.
I brought a windows shutter which was well made and really good quality.

Shutter itself is reasonable build quality.
Pre assembled, made to measure, colour, guide fixings, sizes all good.
Only criticism was manual external switch, poor quality, not as described, sent letter explaining the situation and was promised missing fitting backplate/housing. Not what I wanted, paid premium for the switch gear got low quality interior switch. Never even got the promised backplate even after complaining in writing.
Hopefully I don’t have any issues with the shutter or motor as my experience with the switch that cost less than a 1/10th of the total price was very poor. Ended up buying the switch I wanted from a different supplier, but annoyed I paid Knall for it too and got nothing like it.

Reply to Knall, I informed you I wanted the advertised outdoor switch, you confided you advertised the wrong item, you promised the back plate but never sent it. I gave up waiting and purchased a decent quality external waterproof switch that you weren’t prepared to make good on. Hence why I have only given three stars - you could’ve honoured your error but chose not to and didn’t send the missing backplate either. Customer care in my experience was poor - sorry but ball was in your court and you failed to act. I did send you multiple emails requesting suitable remedies - you chose not to act on them.
