Great service! Staff was super helpful in finding the item I was looking for. Awesome store layout to shop in.

I found KMS while looking for a new torque wrench. Ordering and check out was easy and follow emails were sent for confirmation of order and shipping. The torque wrench was well packaged. KMS had the best price even with being on the opposite side of the country from me.

Living on Saturna Island makes it difficult to head to stores when something we want comes on sale, being able to phone and find out stock on hand makes it possible to purchase for store pick up on items one has been watching. I was able to find out only 3 of the item I wanted, so used my credit card. With pick up on the weekend for my item.

Great welcome from customer pick up, gave my info, and off the young lady went ,and within a minute had my online purchase ready for me! always have a great customer service with Calgary KMS staff!

I was familiar with KMS in Coquitlam, and had been a regular customer there over the years.

I was searching for a Milwaukee product on-line that apparently was sold out, both at retail and on-line.

I found a link to your store and you had 3 on the shelf.

I was there on the 4th, and was so impressed, I returned on the 7th, and I can confidently say, I will be back!

Your staff are always eager to help. They are quick and know where to find what i need.

A great experience and great price on the item I was looking for. Their website has in-stock items, processing and shipping was very quick with delivery much faster than expected. A great experience overall. This in distinction to another Canadian online vendor where they informed me 2 weeks after ordering that the item was on backorder. Another 3 weeks for the refund. I'm so happy I found KMS and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I've made numerous orders over the last few years, and I must say, I am very happy with my experience. I have had the odd hiccup, not receiving something that was supposed to come, etc., but customer service has always helped me out. My #1 suggestion? Open a store in Manitoba!! But it may just be better for my wallet this way!!

No matter how offbeat my request might seem, whether hand or power tools or supplies, KMS has always come through!

My first experience with their warranty was not great with Gear Wrench socket that cracked.The second experience was horrible to say the least I bought a flashlight which cost over $100. and it quit working in 3 months.Even though it has a 2 year warranty after going there twice and no call back.I don’t know I want to do anymore business here.I have spent thousands of dollars here only to be treated very poorly.I am extremely disappointed
