My husband and I were undecided about…
My husband and I were undecided about the wall art size. We even used a measuring tape, but we couldn’t figure out the perfect size. We decided to get a recommendation from their support team, and it was the best decision ever! The artist sent us mockups first before we place the order so we can visualize how the painting will look like in my space. Later we decided to give it a go. The proofing process is great, straightforward. It meets our expectations. After 2 weeks it arrives! We are so thrilled that our painting fits perfectly on our wall. We can’t wait to share it with our family and friends. Bravo!

I want an easy upgrade for my living…
I want an easy upgrade for my living room, don't want to go too expensive for whole renovation, so decided to get a painting of the size 75x100". It's expensive, and their team was also worrying about the transportation, from what I had a conversation with them. Later it arrives safely without any issues because it was packed in wooden crate. The only issue is that they reminded us to have some extra hands because DHL might not be able to lift off that big box off the truck. It was a great experience from placing an order to receiving my order.

The artwork itself is beautiful and well made, but the only challenge was judging the gold color during the process. Gold is a very tricky color to evaluate through photos or digital proofs because the way it reflects light can look quite different in person. When I first saw the preview images, it was a bit hard to tell exactly how the gold tones would look once the painting was finished. Depending on the lighting and angle, the color can appear brighter or more muted. That said, the final piece still turned out very elegant and looks great in my space. I would just say that if you’re ordering a piece with gold elements, it helps to keep in mind that this color can be difficult to judge from photos alone.

Gleichzeitig verstehen wir, dass das Öffnen etwas mehr Aufwand erfordern kann. Tatsächlich nutzen wir für besonders große, überdimensionale Stücke Holzkisten, um den bestmöglichen Schutz zu gewährleisten. Bei Formaten unter 200 cm verwenden wir in der Regel Kartonverpackungen.

We’re really glad to hear you love the painting! We appreciate your note about the unboxing as well. We use sturdy wooden packaging to make sure the artwork arrives safely, but we understand it can take a bit more effort to open.
In fact it is because it is an extra large oversized piece to make sure it goes right we use wooden crate, normally if it is under 200cm we only use carton.
Your feedback is super helpful, and we’ll definitely keep it in mind as we continue improving the experience.

The art quality is great
The art quality is great, the customer service team is great, and you can really see the care and craftsmanship that went into making it. I’m very happy with how it looks in my space. The only small issue was with the tracking updates during shipping. The package was shipped from Canada, and at one point the tracking showed that it had been sitting in a warehouse for over five days without much explanation. That part was a little confusing, and I wasn’t sure what was happening with the delivery at the time.

Delivery took a bit longer than I…
Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but the painting is absolutely stunning. The shipment was initially handled by DHL, and then it was handed over to another local delivery company for the final part of the journey. Because of that transition, the delivery took a little extra time.

My artwork was shipped from the Czech Republic, so I was a little concerned about international shipping at first. However, everything went very smoothly. The piece was carefully packaged and arrived safely without any issues. It was reassuring to see how professionally everything was handled along the way. The Actual Product is very diff from Picture.
The actual product differs from the picture. Despite > 10+ exchanges highlighting the obvious and a redo, they still cannot replicate the image, which I suspect they have lost the original template. I asked for a refund before shipment, as it is not the product I want anymore, but I was told to receive it first, then ship it back.

I’m a big fan of Dale’s work now
I’m a big fan of Dale’s work now! I purchased one of his pieces for my housewarming party because I wanted something special to display in my new home and to impress my friends and family. When the artwork arrived, I was honestly blown away. The piece is beautiful and has such a strong presence in the room. During the party, several of my friends immediately noticed it and asked where I got it from. It definitely became a conversation piece, and I was so happy with how it looked in my space. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and you can really see the artist’s talent in the details. The authenticity certificate was also a nice touch and made the artwork feel even more special.
