WARNING Absolute frauds. Do not buy from them. Take over a month to send then send rubbish quality nothing like the photos they use to advertise. Disgusting behaviour. Do not buy!

The worst experience, I ordered 2 dresses and I haven’t recibe any of them or any respond from them, I have sent several messages without any success

Don’t order from this company . I ordered several items from them . They did not fit and when I attempted to return , all I got was the run around. First they didn’t recognize my order number or email. I asked for a return the items and get refund , several email asking for pictures and several months . I still don’t have items I don’t want , no return address and no refund .
Their website says 100% customer satisfaction guarantee that has not happened.

THE WORST. DO NOT ORDER. TOTAL SCAM. Ordered 4 dresses only received three. Two of the three were supposed to be the same - they were totally different in EVERY WAY. ALL three dresses were NOTHING like what was sold to me...Sizes WRONG, material TOTALLY WRONG, cuts COMPLETELY DIFFERENT - in one case there were fake buttons? Totally unwearable. When I contacted the customer service team they had me going in circles for 20 emails, no refund. So disappointing, out $140 and NOTHING was wearable.

ordered with a friend 4 dresses and first of all- we got just three. and the quality! I paid 25 euros for each dress and its absolutly horrible! Besides it's completly tranperent, the dress lookes like an complete other dress. details which were on the photo where not there, it was the easiest way to fabricate a dress which should look a bit similar to the photos. and about the material I don't want to say much but - also horrible. they painted on one of my dresses to mark where the bottoms should be - yeah, not where they belong. also the lace had two different kinds of pattern in it, also not at the same height - a complete nightmare for your eye and not able to wear in public. I'm just disappointed and would never ever recommend this page with it's clothes.

The dress ordered was not completely the same as it was in a picture. A bit disappointed.

I admit i was a little consern after I googled the Company and People were warning others to by anything. I ordered the dress Des 6th 2014, and it arrived Jan 14th 2015. So it took a little longer than 20 days as promised. But it was just in time as the prom for my daugther is in 2 days.

Dress was absolutely beautiful and it fit great!!

The dress they sent didn't even come close to fitting and when returned they said they gave us out refund and 4 months later they are still telling me to be patient! Do not buy from this crooked company!!!!!!!!!! The sizes are completely wrong and you apparently may never get your money back!!

I put an order on April 5 and paid an extra to give it before rhe end of month. After many days in "processing" I ask when I will get it. They said that I can't receive in time , but I say that I will be more patient. Days pass and no new status. I finally received a email on April 29th to say that my dress are never made because a problem with bank... And no transfer my money to us. They ask me ro cancel order, ask for refund and reorder... Okay, I cancelled my order. I received a confirmation by email with Id transaction... But no money on my credt card... After many emails, chat online, they says that kissdresses refund me on April 30.... But now, on May 23th, I have no money back on my credit card...

So, I'm very not satisfaited.. I put order on an another site, and I received my dress today, only in 4 weeks! So, don't lost your time... No order from kissdresses....

I ordered my wedding dress from them....now I'm not gonna lie, it was a HUGE headache.....I had to cancel my first order cause something went wrong on their end, and replace the order again. Getting a hold of someone was like pulling hens teeth, I called every number I could find for them ( they have a shop in San Francisco called Hedy's Dresses which no one there answers the phone either ). Finally I was able to talk to someone on the online chat, and got some answers, then there was a billing issue, they couldn't take the money off my card, so it had to be done via PayPal. I could never log into my kiss dress account, it always froze. and I waited almost a month.....finally my dress was shipped out on May 14th. on May 13th they sent me pictures of the dress......it was Amazing, looked just like the picture.
Once they had given me my tracking number, I felt a sigh of relief.....until the tracking number didn't work....they gave me the wrong on, so I had to keep on them until I got the proper, working number....Finally yesterday my dress arrived. I paid $223.00 for the dress and custom sizing, and $33.00 for shipping.....my dress is amazing, its beautiful, and to my surprise, its too big, but I'm ok with that.
All in all, the headache and worrying was worth it, my dress is amazing and I can't wait to wear it in November. Its my dream dress, the train is like 4 and a half feet long its just beautiful, I was speechless when I seen it.

My only real bad thing to say is, my dress was bunched up in a bag when it was sent out, so I was a little upset with that, but nothing that steaming can't fix.

My daughter ordered two dresses from this company. She checked the return policy prior to ordering. One dress fit perfectly and the other was much too small and the quality was poor compared to the picture. She emailed the company within the 30 day return period to get information on how to return the one dress. They dragged their feet for a week and now say the 30 day period has passed, so they can't refund our money. Yes, it has passed now, but not when my daughter first contacted them!
Do not order anything from this company. If you are lucky enough to get a good dress, you may have no issue with them. However, if you are not happy with the quality or the fit, don't expect to be able to return anything. Clearly, everyone who complained about this company had the same problem. It is not worth the risk. Order from someone else!

I am getting married in December 2014 and ordered my dress because one of my friends's friend have ordered 3 for her wedding. She was very happy with the dresses so I thought that I would try it. I am not a very fuzzy bride-to-be. But when i orderes my first gown, the decription was wrong from the picture. but I hoped that it will come out right. Well it was a totally different dress. I told them about the incident and they were very helpfull. I Sold the dress on my own and actually got a few extra bucks out of it. The girl is very happy with the quality. So they gave me a discount on the next dress that I orderes with costom fittings and it came out perfect. Not EXACTLY what the picture was but the quality was great! I do think if you order something on this website, try ordering something without beadinf\g and crystals. They are different in real life. I waited in total 4 months for the correct dress and 45 emails later...

But for the price, it is a bargain!

We found this site online while searching for Prom dress for my daughter. The listing, picture of the dress, description, everything look good. We decided to go ahead and order the dress. It came as we have been advised ontime, can't tell anything bad about shipping time frame. The dress itself was totally different story. The design of the dress was only light resemblance of the one online. The quality of the dress was far from what has been described. The stones were huge plastic rocks in stead of crystal beading. Also be aware of, it's made in CHINA and ship from China as well. The price they actually listed after HUGE discount is the highest price you could possibly ask for the dress. I try to call the number listed on a website, no answer. I decide to email and the answer came back to me saying: "We see the picture you provided.It is like the picture online. And the price of dress is only $149,we can not put true stones,it is not absolutely like the famous brand.It is very cheaper.The back is "V"opening,if it is not in your waist,you can alter.We will give you some compensation. We think it is not big problem. If you return dress,base our company rule you can return your 70% money". Take my advise and shop locally. At east you know upfront what you are getting. Don't get your money stolen by kissdress.com. They are not worse your time, money and frustration.

I love my dress. I gave my sizes and my dress fits perfectly. I was really worried when I seen all of the bad reviews. My dress is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly. I could not have bought a dress like this especially custom made. Thank you I will post pictures on your website after my wedding.

In short, two months later - no dresses, no refunds. My event came & went, so naturally I request to cancel the order & get a refund. Every day I call, send messages & try the on-line chat all for nothing. As of now, WellsFargo has refunded my money & their claims department is handling it for me! KissDresses.com IS RAN BY THIEVES!

I ordered a prom dress about 2 to 3 weeks ago and it hasn't shown up I'm still waiting for it. Tomorrow is the last day for my dress to show up if it doesn't I'm calling to see where it is and will want my money back

I ordered 2 dresses from this site and waited almost 3 months for them and when they came , the color was wrong, quality was really bad. I had really bad experience with this company and i will never ever order from them so if you are smart u will hear what i say so u can use the money because u wont never get what u pay for, its just the wast of money and full of stress, they lie iin chat and wont return your money.
