BEWARE!!! DO NOT purchase anything from Kissdive!! I ordered 3 bras they charged my card, email said they shipped them. I received 2 more emails saying shipment is delayed been 22 days! I called customer service and she said they have NOT been shipped!? I said I have 2 emails stating shipping is delayed and the original email with tracking number she said we will just cancel your order!!? So waiting now for refund! Never Again!

This company is NO GOOD!! I Ordered a dress for homecoming on the 9th, and after a week I contacted them because I had heard nothing from them and my daughter's homecoming was the 21st, and I had paid for the extra shipping which plainly states within 12-15 days!!!! They first emailed me back saying that I would get the dress by the 28th which would do me no good, I emailed them back saying I needed the dress by the 21st, they said they couldn't get me the dress by then, said I could have $25 discount and refund shipping cost, I had already had to go and purchase another dress and now didn't need theirs, so I told them to please refund my money and cancel the order, they send me a email saying since I didn't cancel within 72 hrs 8 was only getting 70% of my money back, now keep in mind I paid for the extra shipping saying I would get the dress 12-15 days from the day I ordered it, and it plainly states on THEIR WEBSITE,all in stock dresses ship between 3-5 business days and if out of stock they will let you know, So how is it my fault for cancelling the order and how do they feel their entitled to 30% of the money? They're Scamming people out of money that's how they are making money!! I've filled out a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and they've already contacted me back about it and are doing a investigation on them, so hopefully they can't do this to other people!! Do yourself a favor and do not order from this place, you'll be sorry!! Scammers Beware, to bad there's not a 0 star rating cause they deserve less then that!

My daughter ordered a prom dress that arrived after the prom. They will not refund the purchase. They ONLY give store credit minus 15 percent. Not a good company to purchase anything.

Don’t buy anything from this website! Nothing appears as it is listed. The site states free returns for 60 days but no one responds to emails and there’s no phone number of any kind (I should have known better) buyer beware! Total scam site!

It’s scam guys. I bought something for my mom they sent something nothing like it. Then I returned it and never got refund or anything ..such waist of money!!

I should have knew this website was fake. When ever shoe size was available and clothes sizes and ever color. I'm not easy to be fool but this website got me, I was even showing my item to friends...I CAN'T BELIEVE I GOT TRICKED.

It’s crap coming from China.You won’t even recognise the clothes that you get in the mail.Also the models face doesn’t show cause it’s been copied from somewhere and they trying to copy the garment,but is rubbish the cut the material everything.

if i could give them 0 stars i would. i spent 66 dollars on their website still haven’t received anything. my order has been saying shipped for the longest time and there’s no other info on it. i’m on the phone with my bank now trying to dispute the charge cause screw kiss dresses.

PLEASE be aware with this online supplier. My dress cost US $55 and the dress ended with HORRIBLE quality! I can found the dress in traditional market for $5 but this supplier very NAUGHTY, SELL A LOT OF SCAM PRODUCT

Horrible experience between getting my order and quality and sizing!!! I’m normally a size 6 I weigh 135 lbs and I’m 5’5 or woman’s med. so I ordered Med . I literally couldn’t get my head into the sweatshirt the outfit looked like it could fit a 12 year old girl... their sizes run very small. So it took quite some time to
Get to me and I can only imagine how long it would take to get my money back. Not worth time. Money or effort.

During this COVID-19 pandemic, I saw this site selling face shield while searching PPE online. I immediately placed an order at the beginning of April. I have not received or heard anything from them after two weeks. I am also very surprised to find out from my credit card company that my order had a foreign transaction fee from, guess where, CYPRUS!! Do not touch Kissgirly.com site (looks like they changed name from kissdresses) for anything they advertise!

Horrible experience. Ordered birthday gift for my Queen weeks ago. No response from the several emails I wrote. I have taken this up with my bank I want my money back ASAP. Never will I ever order from sites like these again.

I'm finding this out now, I can't get a hold of them, they won't return my emails. I haven't received my shoes yet. Please don't order from these people. When there is no phone number to call them you know it's a scam. They got me for 50 bucks. Stay away from this site.

After waited for more than two months , they sent a totally different looking and cheap clothes from China , 100% scams

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered 4 dresses, it took 3 months for them to arrive and EVERY dress was not what I ordered. I reported them to my credit card. There was no information on how to return the dresses. Besides being the wrong dresses, the ones they sent were very poor quality. They looked more like a costume over the gorgeous dresses I saw online.

I would not order from this site.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS OR ORDER FROM THEM. It’s all a hoax! The description of the dress is fancy with sequins, beading, velvet lining etc. but the product that is sent to you is plain, printed, polyester garbage!!!!!! Absolutely cheating people. And I need my money back NOW!!!
