I received my dress and asked to return it. I paid $238. I received an email with questions. I answered them and asked for a return address. Never heard from them again...
I still need to return it.

The dress we received was way too big but now I can't get anyone from DressFirst to reply to my tickets indicating we need to return it. Obviously there's no phone# on their website so I'm just SOL! I strongly discourage you from buying from this site. Customer service is the worst!!!

I ordered a mother of the bride dress. Supposed to be delivered in 8-12 days. 21 days later it wasn't here so I had to go buy a dress that was wrong style, wrong color. When dress arrived it was hideously poor workmanship and cheap, thin material. I would not have worn it even if it arrived on time. I requested refund, but they were not willing. I tried to cancel through my credit card, but too much time had lapsed. I got ripped off for $229.98. Lesson -- do NOT buy from vendor in CHINA. You will not be treated right and you will not have a nice dress. I find it interesting all the good reviews talk about a turtleneck or other clothing they don't even sell. Fake reviews.

Convenient, comfort and fast. I bought a suitable sweater from this site and was surprised to receive it just in a few days. Soft-feeling material and perfect silhouette. Well-pleasing experience!

Bought a dress for my son’s wedding, it didn’t fit and looked cheap. Tried to return it and I have nothing but trouble. First I had to send pictures proving it didn’t fit, then they said they would send fabric for an alteration. When I repeated I just want a refund they said they would make it again. This is still ongoing and so very frustrating! I would not ever purchase from this company again!

Their page says 15 days to process and another 5-8 days shipping. I ordered my dress Sept 15, and every day their tracking says due to ship 10/10 and adding a day every day I check. They're out of Hong Kong, so even though I paid extra for expedited delivery... I gave up on getting this dress on time and just bought another dress on Amazon. Don't waste your money on these people. They couldn't care less about you.

I ordered dresses for my flower girls during quarantine when all the shops were closed.I need to return one that doesn't fit. I bought them in standard sizes because the website says you cannot return custom orders. I tried calling and emailing to request the return form (it is not included in the box like EVERY OTHER ONLINE RETAILER). I got a return email from 2 separate addresses saying their inbox is full and my calls to them will not go through. DO NOT BUY FROM DRESSFIRST. I thought this was a great online alternative to in-store shopping during Coronavirus, but I was very very wrong. They are liars - saying you can make returns but not giving you a way to do so. As if I needed anything else to go wrong as a COVID-Bride.

OKAY... So I ordered some dresses from here and then I cancelled them right away - like the next day. Then I requested a refund and I was told I would only get 10%. First off, you can't call them. They use an email system as a means of contact with customers. I messaged them back and let them know that I deserved a full refund because I had cancelled within their time frame of receiving a full refund (you need to check their refund policies on their page). So they emailed me back and told me I would receive a full refund, and about two weeks later it went through! So yeah, for me, I did get my refund. And the fact that they use an email system wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, because they did always contact me back.

Do not order from this website. They take your money but do not send the items. I have constantly tried to contact them but every time I raise a ticket with them they close the ticket. I am now £150 out of pocket. Please do not waste your money.

Nowhere does it say they wont fully refund! I ordered based on measurements, yet the dress definitely ran smaller than those listed... they offered a 10%refund BUYER BEWARE!

I am so pleased with the dress I ordered for my 11 year olds prom from dress first. It only took 15 days to get to the UK. The dress it self Is beautiful and made to a very high standard. The dress looks exactly like it is on the website. Thank you so much. I would not hesitate to order again and would recommend them. They kept me upto date with the delivery and answered any questions I had promptly. The dress is also very good value for money. Thank you so much.

Awful! I ordered a standard size flowergirl dress as it says you cannot return custom made dresses (for obvious reasons) yet still they tell me they will not allow me to return it for a refund as all dresses arw made to order. Hmm absolute scandle! Thankfully the dress wasn't that expensive, but even so!

BEWARE
We ordered a dress for my mom for my wedding. The color is NOT at all what is pictured on the website. They were only willing to issue us a 10% refund for this issue. The sizes also run VERY small. They were unwilling to exchange for size and had more of a "you ordered that size, it's your problem" mentality. There was also an extremely visible area of frayed material along the sash that they did not address at all during our countless back and forth messages just to issue a simple exchange.

In summary, NOT accurate product to what you see on website, tedious and impossible return policy, no concern for customer satisfaction.

To cut a long story short they have no idea of how European shoe sizes are or what requirements European customs authorities might have.

Ordered a pair of dancing shoes size 39, without knowing that they would be sent from China and that I, therefore, might have to pay (high) import fees. The shoes were too small (a size 38 I would assume, maybe smaller). Dress First has no "Satisfaction or pay back guarantee" but offered a discount on a new order, which I was stupid enough to accept.
This second package was retained by the Danish customs authorities because the documentation sent with the shoes didn't mention, as required, the price and supplier address. Dress First *refused* to provide an invoice with the supplier address.
All the time they write that they are very sorry but this is the service you get.

The dress I have received is pretty but I have to have it altered because of the length, it's too long

It was pretty clear to me, that it is a non danish site, due to the vocabulary.

The site is very easy to navigate in, and I read about everything, specificily the return policy, before ordering.

By experience I know when ordering outside Europe, there will be charged tax fee at delivery, but it was a suprise to me that it was smaller amount than I expected (240dkk), so I'm very pleased.

I found my self a dress, ordred it, and got it earlier than expectet.
During the making and delivering DRESSFIRST continusly informed me on the steps in the process.

The dress is wonderful, good quality and nice fabric though it is a little big, but I knew it might be to big, coz rather too big, than too small, so I'll just take it to my local tailor who can make it fit.

I'm very satisfied, and pleased with my purchase.

dressfirst.com is fooling customers with low prices. It is not clear that the tariff cost is almost as large as the product you are buying. DONT SHOP HERE!
The quality is not so super good either. But what can you expect when it is produced and manufactured in China!

I ordered and paid for a pair of dancng shoes at DressFirst and but until 7 days later I havent receive them yet.
If I open the link for the status of my order, it says that my order has not been shipped hyet.
I thought it was a local Ducth site, bacause everything is in Dutch. But it is a company in China.
I hope I receive my shipment this coming week.
Otherwise I will warn anybody of my experience

"VERY poor service. You cannot swap the items. Fittings of the boots/shoes are poor and you as customer can pay for it.
order statistics are not up to date.
The boots i bought had proportions that nobody could fit (very small (not wide) at the toes, very wide at the ankle and leg)
sizes don't compare with european sizes here... (I'm from Holland)

I cannot return them and they say that i can sell them myself... No way I am going to give an other bride to be such shoes.. Have friends who ordererd at other sites who are also from the same producer (only an other site but the same producer, seller in Japan/China) and have same kind of complaints... REALLY HORRIBLE. You don't want such stress when you are getting married...

I thought I purchased a pair of shoes on a Danish website. The site did not state anything specific about returns and refunds and that items were shipped from outside EU (duty fees are added when receiving the items). So inevitably things went wrong, because DressFirst clearly operates from outside EU.
They refuse to refund my money if I return the item. My correspondence with them is a complete joke and they keep repeating the same answer. I strongly advice you keep clear of buying anything. The quality of the shoes is as DressFirst - very very poor!
