Success

I must admit I was sceptical at first but so pleased now that I contacted Kinly because they have proved to be efficient, patient and extremely helpful. The whole process was easy and fortunately resulted in a successful application. Thankyou.

Very friendly and helpful

Very friendly and helpful. Went over everything without seeming invasive, I felt at ease and comfortable giving my details even though some of my problems I felt, to me to be embarrassing. Many thanks to kinly for getting me the much needed help.

We were struggling trying to find…

We were struggling trying to find assistance for our situations and then we came across Lucia at Kinly.
She was extremely patient and helped us to understand what was available and provided us with all the admin we needed to progress our allowance.

Kinley have been a most efficient…

Kinley have been a most efficient company from start to finish in dealing with my Attendance Allowance. The staff were sensitive respectful and very quick and efficient in procession my allowance. I would highly recommend and am delighted to say received my full allowance promptly. I would highly recommend them. Sincerely Jenny Cooke OBE

Very helpful staff

I had a telephone interview with a lady from Kinly, she was very helpful, after I had Answered her questions she confirmed that it looked like I would be able to make a claim. She was correct, I made a successful application.

after one chat on the phone my claim…

after one chat on the phone my claim was applied for that was on 26/05/26 the next thing i knew on 1/6/26 the money was paid into my account i just could not believe it, no fuss no bother many thanks for the help from your staff for brilliant service.
