Poor customer service closed the chat…

Poor customer service closed the chat instead of resolving my issues have 6 pending withdrawals none have been paid! every time I speak to some one they just cut the chat of and say it being dealt with. Over £420 owed. Quick enough to take my money but don’t want to pay back

Seems like this site like taking your money but do not like paying out your winnings, customer support impossible to contact, my payout was declined and went back in to my betting account, now seems to be stuck waiting for approval.

UBDATE: still no response from customer service, left this over the weekend and emailed again this morning, seems they are point blank ignoring any contact I make with them.

Thieves

Absolutely shocking behaviours, suspended my account & received an email to say all deposits made into account would be processed as a refund! All I have had refunded are 1 x £25 payment and 1 x £23 payment. I’ve deposited over 2K, been emailing for 3 days not one single reply. They are thieves. I have gone to resolve, the police and will be going to the national press .

Still no response to any emails!! Still no more money & no further refunds pending! Beyond fuming with this cowboy company, I’ve now taken further action

2nd edit.

They are now saying they said they’d only refund the deposits not made in my named account. ALL deposits have been made from my girlfriends bank and ALL show on the statement and are linked to my email address via deposit receipt emails.

Thieves and fraudsters I will not qui until I have my money! ALL of it

One month and still waiting for withdrawal

Another day another lie . Still no funds in my account even though clearly in the last reply to my last negative review you told me it's been processed. My bank has zero transactions pending from this company. So another lie yet again which I'm being fed. And now they have decided to stop replying to my emails. I've escalated this complaint to the gambling commission and asked them to review the license and read the ongoing review of customers being scammed by this casino . Disgusting company needs to be shut down

It's alright for what it is...

I quite like playing on this site, the withdrawals a fast.

The bonuses / free spins don't really reflect the amount you put in,

I played £1000 last month and still got the same bonus if I had have played £100

I don't belive they have a VIP section for regular high spending players with bonuses / offers different from standard players.

It's a good site with a large variety of games for players who like to dip in and out of casino betting.

But for more serious players it would benefit from a vip section

No isues nothing Wow either standard casino site

Iv had about equal wins compared to many other popular casino sites i find the deposit and withdrawals are simple and fast lost more then won but thats often the case regardless did win the extra value fish on big bass Christmas bonanza of the value £800 i have never caught the big fish on any other sites so that gave it a boost for me but may be more the luck given from the game itself not the website played on 🤷 so far overall no issues with this site

Avoid using. They dont give your money.

After 10 days of my withdrawal, they still say there is a technical issue and delay with pay outs.
Total scam.
Never use this casino because you can’t get your winngins transferred.

All they ve been doing is to copy and paste the following message for 10 days:

Avoid this casino

I requested a pay out on the 01/04/25 till now I did not get my money live chat is not responding for days when ever I send an email to find out what’s going on no one is telling me anything.
They made me feel like a beggar I have to keep asking for my money their customer service is shocking bad.
I already contacted my solicitor I will take further steps also I keep sending email requesting to speak to a manager I get ignored
