Charlie the technician was brilliant very knowledgeable and a very polite young man

Joshua Eve was very efficient and explained things in a precise manner. We have a leak somewhere near the area he worked on and he confirmed that he couldn’t find anything and it was likely condensation.

I have Kinetico Softeners and Reverse Osmosis both at home and business and it's all great kit. I own a speciality coffee shop in London, so water treatment is super important. Very stable and configurable water quality at both locations.
After a year in a new house, no evidence of scale on anything, the kettle still looks like polished chrome on the inside and my coffee tastes great.
Just had my home kit serviced and Reece found the problem with the softener pretty quickly: an idiot plumber had reversed the inlet/outlet hoses when doing some work that necessitated moving it a few weeks ago. My wife then commented that her hair had been feeling a bit crap lately.

Charlie communicated very effectively prior to his visit.

When here, he was polite and professional. He explained our options very clearly and acted upon our decision promptly.

We’ve have had a kinetico softener for many years now and would not be without one. with yearly maintenance checks it’s been amazing. Replaced recently with a new one as previous one finally gave up. After a few small issues, which were delt with immediately its finally back up and running. No more nasty water.
All the guys involved from the lady on the end of the phone to the technicians who visited us and finally sorted it out I can’t thank enough. Everyone has been polite, caring, respectful & knowledgeable. Wouldn’t choose anyone else.

We have been using the Kinetico water softener and K5 filter for over three years now, and the water quality in our house is truly unbeatable. It has saved me so much time and effort compared to before, as I no longer have to constantly descale our appliances. Today, Charlie came out to complete our annual system service. He was fantastic, and the system continues to run flawlessly. Highly recommend!

Nathan was faced with a complex problem on a new softener that had thus far proved very difficult to resolve by other technicians. He was very thorough & explored every avenue over a couple of hours. He found the problem & the machine works at last. It was a pleasure to meet him
