Reece came to check out an issue with our softener yesterday. Very happy with the service provided. He sent a text message earlier that day with a 2 hour time window and arrived bang in the middle. The problem was found, explained fully and fixed (fingers crossed). Very happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact Kinetico in future. Great job. I also appreciated the use of shoe covers!

Charlie called me this morning and gave me an ATA for his arrival and arrived exactly in time. Charlie has been a few times and made me feel at ease, he is a hard a worker and dedicated to his work. Charlie has always done a good job and answered all my questions with great detail and he has very good knowledge.

I knew that my water softener was not working properly and called Kinetico to bring forward my annual service. A new appointment was booked quickly but the softener needed replacing. Jack was excellent. He explained the benefits of the new models, the pricing and the interest free credit on offer. He booked in the installation. Reece arrived on time for the installation and got on with the installation. He went over the details of the new softener. He was tidy and efficient and both of them were very polite and friendly. The contact from head office was also very efficient. The credit form was easy to complete online and it was easy to get through on the phone lines. Thank you very much!

Today Charlie came and to sort out the water softner problem. He is experienced Technician. I hope future no problem with this softner.

We had the water softener serviced and the water filter replaced by Charlie. He arrived on time, he was very thorough, didn't leave a mess and explained the work he had done.
