I am always worried when I want something personalized but my grandkids' Christmas ornaments were perfect. I would use this company again.

Neat concept. However, when assembling it the wood slots cracked. Once it's opened it will be ruined as the wood notches are too close to the edge. Needs a redesign.

The busy board I ordered is great for my 1 year old son. It is well made, the colours are great, and it will be a great learning tool for him. The website and customer service has been great.

I ordered this bank for my granddaughter for christmas and absolutely love it!! It is displayed in her nursery.

I ordered a personalized bank for my grandson. It took so long to receive it. Very disappointed in having to put together, It is not very sturdy and has come apart after money put in bank. Maybe this one was defective? I would like a replacement bank & I will return this one?
Please advise!

I ordered a wooden ornament for my daughter’s first Christmas and an activity board. Both items came quickly and are high quality! My dog actually ended up eating one of the letters on the activity board. Through great customer service I was able to get a replacement letter. Highly recommend!

I bought 4 of the piggy banks and they are super cute. Unfortunately one broke and they were very quick to respond and fix my problem, free of charge. Awesome service!

I am absolutely thrilled about my purchase! I got the personalized bear busy board for my nephew. It says his name in letters which adds a personal touch to the gift. This is a great toy because it’s educational with minimal noise. I would purchase from them again. I ordered by the deadline to receive by Christmas, which i did. I actually recieved it earlier than expect which was very nice. Very easy ordering and processing.

I ordered two personalized piggy banks as Christmas gifts. Shipping took forever but glad they arrived before Christmas. Similar to other review, I wasn’t expecting to put together the banks myself. It was a little difficult trying to line the puzzle pieces together to make sure that it didn’t come apart immediately. The material is quite flimsy, and the parts do not connect together firmly.

The product purchased was a thrill to the kids. It was exciting to actually see the cash
Putting it together though was a bit of a challenge. It was hard to get the sides to align. I would have preferred if piggy banks were a little sturdier
I was very disappointed the Wooden picture domino puzzle had to be refunded for lack of inventory.

Purchased two of the larger piggy banks. They are absolutely beautiful. Better quality than i expected. My kids love them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a busy board on Dec 2. On Dec 16 I finally reached out to the company as the product had not been delivered, and no tracking info was sent. I was advised that my package had been delivered to another country. On Dec 16 I requested refund, which was never received, and after fighting with this company I finally received a refund more then a month later.
I would steer clear of this company.

My nephew loves the toy! Costumer service was great! However, I didn’t expect the toy to be so cheap looking. The letters are very small and we can’t keep them in the board due fear of baby choking on them.

I wish I could go 0 stars. They have the worst customer service. They messed up my order and have not fixed it. They are the worst company to deal with stay away.

After seeing the ad on Facebook, I decided to order two personalized piggy banks as Christmas gifts. They came fairly quickly considering the holidays; however, I wasn’t expecting to put together the banks myself. Maybe I didn’t read the fine print explaining this detail. It was a little difficult trying to line the puzzle pieces together to make sure that it didn’t come apart immediately but once it was completed, it was absolutely adorable!

Super pleased with busy board and first Christmas ornament, definitely would order again!
