Excellent service from order to delivery. The furniture is beautiful and very well made. Delivery was on time. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

The bunk bed I ordered has totally exceeded any expectations I had, they are beautifully made and the quality is outstanding.
They were delivered and installed by two great guys who just topped off the whole experience.
I would 100% use this company again it was worth every penny.

We purchased the Deluxe Funtime high Sleeper Love Forever Bunk Bed for our young granddaughters. What an amazing piece of furniture for a 4 and 7 year old!
The bed was delivered and assembled on time. The finish is superb and unlike some competing products, there were no sharp corners, with all panels having rounded edges. However, being a completely new design, there were a couple of teething problems, but these were expertly rectified by Liam during a follow up visit. The design of the lower bunk space is such that the mattress ideally needs to be put in place during the installation, as it can be quite tricky to do afterwards. Overall, very happy with the product and the service provided by this company. A special mention should go to Brian in Customer Services, who kept us fully informed throughout the process.

We ordered a Deluxe Playhouse Bed and Wardrobe In June, that was delivered and installed 2 days ago. The bed itself is solid and of great quality, and my little boy is delighted. I genuinely can’t fault the service we’ve had from start to finish. Prompt responses to emails, regular communication, installers turned up on time, they were efficient, respectful, wore shoe covers and put floor protectors in our hallway. Just brilliant customer service all the way through. I can’t fault anything, and anyone will tell you I find fault in everything. It’s not very often you get a company that is so attentive. A really painless process from start to finish and a true value for money product. It’s obvious from the build quality this will stand the test of time and my little boy will have many years of enjoyment from his new bed.

Beautifully designed beds, and great customer service to resolve a very minor issue that arose. Highly recommend.

The girl's Playhouse Bunk bed is absolutely great, it looks every bit as special as it did in the pictures and they both love it!
It is sturdy and nicely finished. Brian was very helpful in ensuring I had made the right choice and was happy to change the order as I requested. The delivery and installation were both quick and efficient. I have no regrets about my purchase even though the beds are quite expensive I feel it is worth it and would definitely recommend.

No complaints here, I did manage to get into a few positions I never thought possible attaching the side of the stairs but that was probably me. Little gift for the kids was a fantastic touch and highly recommended

Communication was perfect the whole way through with very prompt replies, even with the delivery drivers.
The installation was so fast. They wore shoe covers in the house to protect our carpets
The bed itself is very sturdy and everything we hoped for. Our 3 year old loved it! The added touch of a goody bag for the kids was a lovely touch too

A fabulous experience from start to finish. I rang the company and spoke to the lovely Brian who was absolutely brilliant he answered all my questions and kept me up to date on the whole process from ordering, making to delivery. The delivery team were fantastic they were on time, so nice and did a wonderful job of building the bunk and clearing up after. My boys are so thrilled with their new bunkbed it fits their little bedroom perfectly and I can’t thank Kids FunTime beds enough - I have recommended to all my friends!

Fantastic communication throughout ordering, construction and delivery. Cannot fault the customer service. We chose to build ourselves so can’t comment on their service. But the build was relatively complicated and needed an experienced hand - which we expected and have no problems with thanks to a very handy granddad. But the finished product is brilliant. So sturdy, well made and the finishing touches like perfectly smooth edging and corners. Cannot recommend enough!

This is the only shop I could find a bunk bed which would fit the size of my children’s bedroom.

I am so pleased with the service from start to finish. I sent pictures to make sure the bed would fit through our small house, which was responded to very quick.

The delivery date was kept and never changed. On the delivery date. The two gentleman did a speedy and great install!

The quality of my childrens beds and chest of drawers are of high standards. I have disabled children and we have had no problems with it withstanding them no breaks no damage at all. Huge drawers in the chest of drawers and children love their beds. I have recommended to a my friends. The company are very friendly and handle any questions straight away.

Brought castle bulk bed what an brilliant bed it is would definitely recommend to friends and family my 2 autistic children love it definitely worth the money and the people who delivered the bed was very polite and put the bed up in no time people trust me if you want a good bed for a child order on here you won’t regret it

Ordered a mid high bunk for my 2 boys. There was great options to choice from, the customer service was excellent and very professional from the start, delivery was amazing they arrived 10mins earlier than expected and they did a fantastic job putting the beds together. My boys absolutely love them words from my youngest "wowee" words from my oldest "they are amazing". Thank you so much!

The kids love their new beds. The bunk is of excellent quality & was easy to assemble. It is very sturdy & the stairs are solid. The mattress & protective sheets are also of good quality.
The bunk beds were ordered for delivery to our new house & when the build was delayed, customer services were very helpful in rearranging delivery to suit.

The bed is of high quality, it seems well made and very strong.
My kids love their new bed. I will give it 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone thinking of getting one made for their family.
