Fantastic service from start to finish.
I was made welcome in the manufacturing unit when I asked to visit to view the quality of the beds.
I was also given swatches and accessories to take home to show my daughter.
Brilliant communication throughout via email and WhatsApp once, I had placed my order for the Sophia Sleigh bed.Haseeb was extremely helpful. Delivery was bang on time, and the bed was built for me by two lovely polite young men. My daughter is very happy with her beautiful new bed and so am I. The quality and price are both exceptional.

The bed was perfect as described it came on time and the guy who delivered it were perfect took there shoes of and assembled it really quick so overall happy with the company would definitely use them again.

I originally contacted RN Interiors to check if they could delay delivery to a specific date approx 6 weeks later as I'm currently in the process of buying a new property. They assured me they could and asked that I email the order number with the requested delivery date as well as send the information to their chat function on their website.

After doing so, I kept getting contacted by phone and email about being able to accept delivery much earlier than requested. Every time I reminded them that the delivery wasn't for some time and then getting constant emails stating "do not worry, we'll deliver then" and then going around the circle again, on the last phone call to set the wrong delivery date, I asked that an email be sent stating confirmation that wouldn't happen and delivery was indeed set for the date requested. I was assured it would arrive, and I was clear that if it didn't I would cancel the order.

No email, so then I cancelled the order via email. First email back was "don't worry, it'll arrive on the date" meaning I had to send another strongly worded email to again cancel the order. I received notification that the refund was being sent back via Paypal but now the payment is penidng because RN Interior's bank won't release the funds. I've been in contact with both Paypal and my card issuer and they have both confirmed the issue is with RN Interior.

We came across this company on FB and have been let down a few times But we gave this company a go and from start to finish with in 5 days we have our super king size delivered today really happy with the quality and finished the two gents that came and Delivered also made the bed up we’re very respectful and took their shoes off on our white carpets we will definitely be ordering more stuff from them thank you guys do much

AVOID

I ordered the "Bedroom Sleigh Beds Available In Range Of Colors & Sizes" on 30th May and was told I would receive the bed between the 3rd and 5th June but in fact it didnt turn up until 17th June - they blamed it on EID.

Once I received the bed and paid to have it assembled, I realised things were not right so I wrote to them on 27th June to say that I was not happy with my purchase as follows:

There are not enough slats to support my £800 mattress, so it feels like it’s sagging, the quality is terrible, as the material is rippling rather than being smooth, and you can see unfinished edges and it has no feet as per the pictures. They have removed this bed from their website but fortunately I took screenshots.

They wrote back on the same day to say that they accepted my complaint were arranging for a courier to collect the bed and upon return they promised they would refund me - they even send an email to this affect. This was 2-3 weeks ago and nothing has been done, and they do not keep me informed as they promised. Its like they stupidly think I am going to go away for forget about it. WRONG. I have now had to involve my credit card company to fight this legally on my behalf and now need to dismantle the bed myself so I can put my new one in place.

I think this company is so desperate for sales as they were whatsapping me asking if I needed sofas or blinds. They even used my name to put a 5 star review on their own website. A verified name they use for constant purchase pop ups is Lee Craigie - i have a screen shot showing he purchased a bed on 27th June when I took my screenshots and apparently he has bought a completely different bed today 15th July - he must need a lot of beds.

I have ordered a single bed frame (almost 400£!) from them and have received it but the suspension for the mattress frame had the wrong holes in it and could not match the other whiles where they were supposed to be screwed.Talk to the company on WhatsApp video they acknowledged the issue and said they will send me a replacement which they never did.Kept lying :today, tomorrow, next week etc. So i have a bed that can not be used. I paid through Paypal so hope i ll get the money back as is been almost a month since they keep lying .
