This is our 2nd bed from these which are great quality, the company are very professional amd each timeframe given is accurate. The staff are friendly and efficient, I would definitely recommend very happy again.

Excellent service and great quality bed. My son absolutely LOVES his new bed. We have the Deluxe Funtime Bed with stairs at front and slide. It was easy to build with two people.

The quality and the bed we ordered was really good. The company kept us up to date with delivery timings along the way. Wouldn’t hesitate to order another bed once our daughter is a bit older for her room.

We ordered a bed for our daughter this year. After the initial order we had a lot of back and forth with their customer support wanting to confirm orientations and measurements for the bed coming into the house. They were extremely helpful and provided lots of information. Our bed had to be cut into smaller pieces due to our staircase but it's still extremely sturdy. Very expensive bed, but I'd highly recommend!

Product quality is excellent and great value for money. Would happily buy from this company again. Had a small issue with the delivery being delayed (courier forgot to collect from warehouse), but as soon as this was discovered I got a very apologetic phonecall from the store and was kept up to date with developments.

On time polite and friendly and boys absolutely love the bed

With an 18 month old granddaughter and a 3 and a half year old grandson with suspected autism, I was having trouble finding a safe bunk bed which was essentially needed as they have a small bedroom. When I came across kids Funtime beds website I was amazed with the safe design of their bunk beds. Unfortunately they do not deliver to the Isle of Wight. I contacted the company and spoke to Brian who actually went out of his way to arrange a delivery to the island. When my grandson first saw the bed he said “wow - amazing” and now pretends he can see dragons in his castle bed and spends a lot of time having imaginative play on his bed which is something that he normally finds hard to do. It has made a massive difference for the kids and they speaks hours playing in their bedroom. The bed came with full instructions and was also quite easy to assemble. The quality is beautiful and the company sent sweets and toys for the kids with the delivery which was a lovely touch. Best customer service I’ve experienced for a very long time. Can’t recommend them enough.

We wanted a bunk bed for our kids. It was difficult decision to make re: size and adjustments to fit into our small room, but Brian was amazingly helpful answering so many questions.
My kids love this bed and play on it everyday. My daughter reads on the stairs. My 1yo (who sleeps in a cot separately) loves sitting on the lower stair , closes the stair gate and waves bye to us - he's like the guardian of the stair gate for him and his sister to play. Adults not allowed.

An excellent product which is well made and fits together well if you build it your self. Will buy from these in the future.

Great experience from this company. We got the bunk beds delivered today. They were bang on time for delivery and team were very polite. The bed looks fantastic and the kids even got a wee goody bag! Thanks agian !

Best quality bunk bed we have ever purchased. Top customer care, was as if we all knew each other. Was dubious as cost more than most beds but was worth it. So glad I took the plunge and purchased the bed. Mattresses so comfortable as well. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend enough - excellent quality (bed and mattresses), fantastic customer service, always very responsive and helpful to any queries. Were accurate on build wait times and even managed to get an earlier delivery date for us. Delivery was superb and the 2 guys who came and built the bed were quick, careful and ever so lovely - even leaving a little goodie bag for the each kid.
