I ordered a watch online via the website and went in to the store to collect it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in getting my watch bracelet size adjusted and showing me how to set the watch. The communication from the owner via WhatsApp and phone was very quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend Kettle Club Watches and hope to purchase from them again.

Great experience buying a time piece from the Kettle Club. Initially contacted them through WhatsApp and made an appointment to view the watch at their shop. Really nice people to deal with Ollie looked after every aspect. The guys were very knowledgeable and gave some great advice. Would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again

I was traveling in February from the U.S. and stopped this watch retail shop to ask a simple question about setting the time on my watch. My watch was a gift and I’m not mechanically inclined. I used my phone primarily for time. Mind you, I did not purchase a watch from them. I’m just some random guy staying in the hotel next door. The associate was more than willing to help without payment and with a great attitude. He made sure I knew how to operate it prior to me departing. He did not have to be this kind, but he was. I would recommend stopping in to look at their selection of watches. I Will definitely consider them before others when I’m next in the market for a watch. Just a little trust and kindness go a long way! Thanks for your friendly attitude and help!

I recently used Kettle Club to fix my wife’s engagement ring. The ring came back like brand new. The whole team are extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. I have also used them on a previous occasion to fix my watch strap that had come loose. It was a small job that they were only happy to do free of charge. This sort of customer service will have me coming back to them for anything f jewellery or watch related. 5 star service

Just went in for a simple watch bracelet re-size and was dealt with in a very nice friendly way. Extremely professional and they did an excellent job. They even looked after my luggage whilst I went off to have a coffee whilst they did the work. Very impressed.

I went to KC for a battery change after being disappointed by other repairers, all of whom seek to oversell unnecessary and expensive services in addition to what you actually want or need. Kettle Club were upfront and clear about their pricing, and when the watch went to their own workshop for the new battery, when they found that a gasket needed replacing they called me immediately, explained the issue and confirmed the cost before proceeding. Their communication was great, their prices are reasonable and the service was friendly and helpful. Recommended.
